Our first stop in Boston! It's dark, lots of posters & old. The food was great, we all enjoyed it. I had the Sheppards pie & was so full afterward. There was a great selection of drinks, with their own specialties.

I’d say that the food was not good enough to go out of your way for. The real attraction is the live music in the back, but be warned it’s very loud and if you aren’t expecting that it can but a damper on the meal.

Great bar in the heart of David square with two music areas, one being a dedicated back room. The food was solid, won’t blow your mind but is satisfying and the prices are fair. Service was attentive. Outdoor seating is nice if the weather cooperates and importantly is on the sidewalk- not the street. Different bands are playing here nightly. I’ll be back!

Be warned! Very dishonest about their Fish & Chips - the menu said cod, it was NOT - it was tilapia! I asked the waitress if the cod was fresh before I ordered, she said fresh. Extreme noise of the band music thru speakers made it impossible to have a conversation.
Fun pub! Room at bar and tables on a busy summer weeknight in Davis square, plus Live Music! Always a giant plus. Cool friendly vibe, great beer.

Love The Burren. It's a classic Irish pub - no TVs, and live music everyday. They pour a great pint of Guinness. Haven't had much of their menu, but I can recommend to pass on the fish and chips and instead go for the chicken fingers, which are scary good.
