The Burren is hands down one of our favorite spots to play in Boston! The energy is always incredible, the crowd brings the best vibes, and the atmosphere is perfect for live music. We love hosting our showcases here and can’t wait for the next one!

The Burren is not a secret, but it is amazing. The atmosphere is great: the lighting is cozy, and the wood decor really sets a tone that I love. The food is also very good; the corned beef hash for brunch and the beef and Guinness stew for dinner are particular favorites of ours.
The live music is also extremely charming; there's a variety, but Irish folk music is the dominant genre (as you might expect), which matches the atmosphere of the bar perfectly.

Warm intimate spot for listening to music while happily eating and drinking and making new friends. Photo&video of recent NEIHO concert in the Backroom at the Burren (the Backroom is usually ticketed performances with seats at tables with food and drink service; the front is a large casual bar area with impromptu musicians).

Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian items on menu and more on the specials - veggie burgers, healthy quinoa bowls, veggie Guinness...
