My experience was absolutely spectacular and the chef Minhy made and served me the best most delectable dumplings I’ve ever tasted in my life. Literally compliments to the chef 🧑🍳
Another excellent experience from the Cicada family of restaurants. Overall I really enjoyed the food and thought that the majority of the dishes were excellent and unique. I thought they did a great job at selecting the right dishes for the season. There were a mix of lighter more refreshing dishes as well as heartier ones which felt right for the end of summer/start of fall. The hot dishes (esp the soup) came out piping hot, while the cold dishes came out cold which I thought...
Popular place that needs reservation in advance (likely because the shop is somewhat small). The staff was extremely friendly and kind, offering a sake drink as a start on the house. The golden dragon (?) flower sake was amazing.
However, the shop interior felt a bit decrepit - my stool was rocking back and forth. The egg noodles were well cooked but overall alright. $35 per person with appetizers.
