The Hollows is great! It looks amazing and the food is delicious. Staff was efficient and friendly. Everything we ordered was excellent, from the homemade bread to the salmon and house-made veggie burger. A lot of thought clearly went into making this place a lot of fun and a very welcome addition to the neighborhood. Highly recommended!

Amazing food, super cool atmosphere, drinks are a mix of the classics and some unique flavors. Would highly recommend if your looking for a nice dinner, a place to celebrate with friends, or just grab a quick drink - The Hollows is the real deal and has something for everyone (make sure you check out the fireplace)

Went in on the way home to check out the new spot in the neighborhood, ordered 2 miller highlifes and their French 75 to drink, and the American chop suey and the burger with the house bread and butter to start. Bread was good and warm, and the butter was sweet and plentiful for the portion.
