Had a reservation. No table when we arrived. No estimated wait time. Hostess was rude and said that’s just the way it is. She obviously sat walkins when she should not have. Plenty of other great dining options in the area.

Kept seeing the sign from the train and finally stopped for lunch. Tried the two meat (pulled pork/brisket) with slaw and mac. Was not expecting there to be sauce on any of it when served since they put a bucket with three sauces in it in front of me but the pulled pork was smothered in sauce. I like to try the meat on its own before adding any sauce, oh well. The brisket was sauce free though. Overall the food was okay and what you would expect for in the city BBQ, lacking the telltale smoke ring of a wood fired pit. Rated 2 out of 5 on food and base most of my comparisons on BT's Smokehouse out of Sturbridge.

This place is a gem! It’s one of the rare spots that serves beef ribs on Fridays and Saturdays, making it a must-visit for meat lovers. The brisket was absolutely outstanding—tender, flavorful, and perfectly smoked. I also couldn't get enough of the chicken wings; they were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Overall, this spot is worth the stop!

Stopped here since I was staying at a hotel close by. The food and drinks were delicious and the staff was friendly and attentive. I had the Thanksgiving day sandwich with Coleslaw, and my husband had the pit crew combo with turkey and brisket and fries. The coleslaw had a spicy kick that I really liked. My husband had the smokehouse signature old fashioned and I had the sweater weather to drink. Great experience. Visited during Christmas and they had a gorgeous tree in front of the restaurant.

Ordered the Pitt Boss with Burnt Ends, Briskets and Ribs. The burnt ends were really delicious, the meat is really juicy and well marinated. The ribs and briskets are great too but would have been a bit better if they were juicier. Overall, the price is really cheap compared to the amount and the quality you get. Definitely recommend the place!!!

The Smoke Shop BBQ is fabulous. I have been many times over the years and have never been disappointed with their food, drinks, or service.

Recently I did a catering order with them for a small work event which was a huge hit. The food and the whole pickup experience was wonderful! The staff was very prompt and ready to go. The food was just so perfect. A number of people commented on the pulled pork (that went fast!) as well as the sweet potatoes and brussel sprouts. Several people told me they were the best sprouts they've ever had. I am looking forward to doing more events with the smoke shop in the future.

We visited The Smoke Shop for a second time about a month ago with my son for his 8th birthday. He has several major food allergies and we had had an amazing experience several months earlier. Before our visit, I emailed Andy to give him a heads up and he put us in touch with Ashley, the general manager. From start to finish, we were so well taken care of and there was never one moment where my son or I felt uncertain. Everyone greeted us when we arrived and knew it was my son's birthday. Our waitress was phenomenal, checking with us every step of the way. Ashley personally handled my son's food and all of us left full and happy. Thank you again for your incredible care and professionalism! We'll be back =)

If you have anyone in your party with fish allergies, avoid this place. They use fish in all their BBQ sauces and cannot replace which sauce is on a particular dish. After informing the server we had a fish allergy, they told us all sauce have fish. We went to a BBQ place and had to order vegan. Otherwise, the decor and service were very nice.
