Food is really good but the customer service provided to us by the waitress named Emily was so disappointing. We’re regulars to this place and the 2nd time that she assisted us with our orders she’s not even smiling and didn’t have any enthusiasm in assisting us. 3rd time same thing so I asked her name but didn’t have the time to put a review here. Absolutely loved Totto Ramen! The spicy chicken ramen was the highlight — rich, flavorful broth with the perfect level of heat and tender chicken that really stood out. The noodles were cooked just right and soaked up all the spice beautifully.

The atmosphere is casual and cozy, and the service was quick and friendly. Definitely a great spot if you’re craving a comforting, well-balanced bowl of ramen. Will be coming back to try more items on the menu! 🍜🔥

This is our second time at Totto Ramen on Assembly Row, and it’s still a great choice—especially on a cold winter night in Massachusetts. The ramen is hearty, comforting, and full of flavor, with plenty of meat in the bowl. The broth tastes is a little bit different compared to some other ramen spots, but the quality and portion make it stand out. Service was excellent and very friendly. We’ll definitely come back again. 🍜❄️
