If you’re not getting cornbread or beers… go home

They don’t take American Express. There is also no sign stating this. Weird. Kind of feels like a Burger King in 2012.

No notes. Great food, atmosphere, and service. Drinks are always cold and the burgers are always juicy and delicious. If you're thinking about ordering a second basket of fries because you want your own, no need. The fry basket it huge and enough for two people.

Outstanding food and efficient friendly service. Reasonable prices.
But, we go at night and the dining room is kept quite dark. Diners sometimes even use their cellphones to read the menu and then to see their food. A simple tweak to lighting would make Trina's nearly perfect.
Despite this minor criticism, I highly recommend Trina's!

Hot dogs are kind of lackluster, nothing to remember. A bigger dog with more chili, maybe some Fritos on top or something, would be appreciated. However, the cocktails are great and there's a good variety. The Shaddock is my favorite. That's why I return, not for the food.

Trina's, still the same...

This place is somewhere between a restaurant and a bar, with a medium-small food menu and a decent cocktail menu. Food prices are good, but the cocktails seem a lil pricey.

Service was excellent but food was disappointing. Fried chicken lacked seasoning and crispness. Tasteless fried chicken is a heartbreaker. Fritters tasted burnt and like they were fried in old oil. The only redeeming item was the cornbread. The food used to be much better. What happened?? Sadly, I think I’ve made my last visit to Trina’s.

Fun, welcoming, local spot.

I had the pleasure of going the day before it was recommended to me and it did not fail.
A loud space with lots of laughter.
Can be a little tricky with service since they are ever so busy, but isn’t that part of the fun at a dive?

Great, venerable Cambridge eatery. Superlative cocktails. Terrific comfort food--never pass up the Sloppy Joes if on offer (Terrific, well-spiced gravy there!). Daily Dog usually a real treat. Corn fritters and cornbread both worth a detour! Very welcoming, friendly, and attentive waitstaff (even when busy). Tip them generously! Comfy outdoor dining available in clement weather. Place can get packed later in the evenings. Super-fun fare. So go already!
