Not the store! Why is it open for reviews?!

Omg. Really bad this company…. they sent me the completely wrong items trying to work with them. They just kept extending the situation over and over again saying they would take care of it and then finally weeks later I receive a note from them that says they cannot fix it and to go through DoorDash. Well now DoorDash tells me that it’s too late to get my refund so if you want to place an order get something completely different than what you ordered this is the place you would do It. Be careful if you order one kind of donut you’re not gonna get it you’ll get a totally different one you get what they decide not what you want. Your customer service is poor and extremely insufficient for a service based business I would suggest you get your donuts elsewhere or let’s just not get a donut at all. Again you would be smarter to just make your own donuts. It would be easier in far far less aggravation.

Good, but pricey like everything else...

Tried to buy coffee and donuts this morning and was told card only…using real money in the United States isn’t an option there so I will never go back for their overpriced dough balls…ever

These donuts are so fluffy. They are a bit pricy. The favors and texture just blend perfectly together.

USD has a terrific variety of TASTY donuts. The staff is professional and friendly. USD is set up in a great way for walk up window service for ordering in person and pick up online orders.

If you want a hearty donut that'll feed 2 or 3 people, this is a decent choice. But for the price, I expected something special, and these tasted a bit artificial, manufactured -- just like all the food you can buy at a supermarket these days. I prefer pastries that taste like real flour, spices, and fruit.

I don't understand the hype. I had heard great things and frankly the insanely overpriced donuts were garbage. These are slightly better donuts than Dunkin but not by much. Save your money and head elsewhere.

We came to Union Square Donuts all excited about the hype that Boston donuts carry with them. We read the reviews and were ready to be surprised by glazed heavenly flavours. When we ordered and paid a hefty bill for a rounded sugar bread our expectations increased further. If donuts are like wine then this donuts are rightly priced as they surely are aged appropriately. And maybe we should have clarified that when we said glazed donuts we meant sugared, not frozen (very cold) donuts. The only upside may be that our 2 year old has now faced the reality that not all sugar is good. And this from a baby that will eat glazed broccoli if it had enough sugar. Overall, without a doubt, the worst donuts we’ve ever had. Except for the maple syrup bacon. That one was amazing and goes to show that bacon can improve anything.

Best donuts I have had. The staff at the Somerville location were really nice and helped me make a decision of what I could buy based on my preferences. Unfortunately, they close at 2 pm :(

Horrible horrible company worked here for a year treat their employees like garbage if you feel comfortable eating there 4 dollar donuts whilst the best they do for employees is throw a pizza party be my guest
