I'd rate it lower if possible, customer service was non existent waited almost 20 mins for our parking pass and you cannot play alone you have to play as a team against another team. No time extensions given even after the delay of service.

Throwing the axes was fun, but the coaching was ridiculous and took a lot of the fun out of it.

We expected to get a 5-minute safety instruction and maybe a couple pointers, then they’d sit back and keep score/give instructions on the games. But for the entire 60-minute session, every movement, foot position was being commented on. My wife was told to not get in her head multiple times, but then they’d comment on her form up until the second she’d throw. How is she supposed to not be in her head when she’s worried about the comments that would follow?I tried saying that it was not helping, but it didn’t stop.

Figured axe throwing would be stress relieving activity, but by the end we were so ready to leave. Then, as others have said, we were strongly suggested to leave a 20% tip.

Will not be coming back.

So much fun was had but the lady at the front desk is the most unpleasant person I’ve ever encountered. Her alone would make me not recommend this place.

Went to Urban Axes with a few friends and honestly had a great time. The place has a chill vibe — kind of that mix between bar-hangout and “I can’t believe I’m throwing sharp things indoors” 😂.

The staff were super friendly and made sure everyone felt safe before we started. They gave a quick run-down on how to throw, then let us go wild (in a safe way lol). Took me a few tries to stick one, but once I did, it was addicting.

The setup was clean, music was good, and the energy just felt fun. It’s one of those spots where you end up laughing the whole time without realizing how fast the hour goes by.

Only thing — wish the sessions were a bit longer, ‘cause it flies by once you’re in it. But yeah, overall super fun spot. Definitely hitting it again sometime 👌

I am appalled that either your owners or supervisors or whoever it was that answer the phone and was extremely rude to my 13-year-old daughter would even be someone you would want to represent your company. My daughter called two times within a month asking if her favorite singer was going to stop by because it was posted on his page that he would. It’s just a simple question from a young girl who is treated so poorly. I’m ashamed to say that there are terrible people out there that can’t just be kind. Unfortunately, we were coming with a large group of people and we will not be attending your establishment any longer.

if I could give this no stars I would. I have never been to this place so I cant say this place is bad but the people are. 3 weeks ago I saw a post on Benson Boone's story mentioning he will stop by her when he comes to Boston September 2nd. I am a huge fan of his and willing to do whatever it takes to meet him. It will be my 14th birthday so I'm getting to see him 9/2 as a gift. The first time I called I wanted to know if they heard anything about him coming and they thought it was a prank and hung up. I just called again today because I will be in Boston in 4 days. They told me to stop annoying them while raising their voice. I was so shocked I just hung up. I could not believe they would yell at me after only calling twice. I hope Benson shows up and they all look like idiots.
