I've been to at least 100 pizza and sub shops in Boston area. This one made me the best Steak Bomb I've ever had. Outstanding. The can of Coca Cola I purchased was ice cold as well. I ate inside. Nice and clean, quiet restaurant.

Ordered from Grubhub, waited over 30 minutes from our delivery time. Tried calling and no one answered. Says it’s opened until 10pm. Come to find out, after calling Grubhub customer service that they rejected our order. We did not get a notification or phone call. Not ordering from here again.

These fine ppl know I love a tuna sub more than life itself and they never fail to disappoint. I can the restaurant from my house so that makes it convenient. If I'm not feeling well (or in isolation etc) I grubhub it it's funny bc I can see the guy walking to bring it right over. My second fav is cheeseburger which is still $5-6 and small fries. The chicken wings are tasty too. I like the staff, cool talented cooks chefs. The ambiance is good energy and there's tables and a large display of sodas and nice selection of chips, etc.

I ordered from here last night, Two extra large steak and cheeses for me and my FianceGot them and they were terrible, The steak was grainy and even my dog (Who would eat a whole cow if given the chance) would not touch it

Food was good and delivery guy was nice. Unfortunately, they pulled a very bizarre stunt that left me dumbfounded. I ordered from an online delivery site where a 2-Liter of soda is listed on their menu for $3. The staff at the restaurant decided that it was worthwhile to call the delivery service to tell them they had raised the price of this item to $4, and to up-charge me $1. The online site actually let them do this (which is a separate issue), but the fact that the restaurant spent their time and effort to do this, at the expense of the customer's satisfaction, is seriously messed up. Is it really worth one single dollar to totally drive away a customer? And by the way, it's 10 days later and they STILL have not corrected the price on the site.The icing on the cake though is that they didn't even have the type of soda I ordered (chosen from their own menu options). But rather than call me to ask what I wanted, they just sent me a random flavor. So... they DID have time to call the delivery site to raise my price, but they DIDN'T have time to call ME to ask what I wanted when they were out of the item I ordered. What planet are these people from, seriously? Just no sense of priorities or customer service whatsoever. (For the record, if this isn't clear - it isn't the $1 that was the problem - it was the way they handled the entire situation.)

Beware: they are not a fan of the non-white people. They definately overlook you and help the rest first. Not the first or second experience there. All the times it was the woman behind the counter.

Delivery is ALWAYS a problem and the staff is rude when you call over an hour later to ask if your food off ever coming.

This place is great! Old school menu, grilled chicken BLT, steak bombs, cheeseburgers, pizzas, calzones, and subs... The service was exactly what you expect from a place like this -- efficient and courteous. The highlight are the steak and cheese subs, the french fries, grilled chicken sandwich or wrap. I haven't tried the pizza yet -- that's next!
