Terrible service. I paid for well done wings and they definitely weren’t that .
One of the most professional staff I've seen dealing with an absolute embarrassment of a company. Catering orders are accepted nonstop alongside new delivery orders resulting in an insurmountable backlog.
Company only cares about free money from overpriced orders, not quality, not customers, and especially not employees.
Incredible staff propping up the bloated corpse of a failed company

Can’t complain! The wings/tenders are tasty and I love how this place stays open late. I need to try more of the flavors.
I appreciate being able to get wings any time after work.

If they really do make this ranch dressing they should brag about it a lot more, it is very good

We really loved this place years ago before they changed their menu and had more sauce options. Not enough sauce options now. Also the chicken needs seasoning, salt and more seasoning on the coating. Even with the sauce there is not enough flavor from the chicken itself. Not as good as they used to be and the price is a lot for what you get so I want better flavor in my food
Parking: only a few spots in front of the store, need to sometimes park across the street and walk over

Missing items last 6 times I've ordered here. The employees don't seem to care or notice when orders are missing items since it happens so often. I would go to a different location for wings.

One word: disgusting. I guess I should of check it on Google Maps, as I was ordering via Uber Eats App and for unknown reason it has better reviews there. I've notice that you can't really leave a bad review there. I felt a crave for some wings so I've had order some bone-in wings along with a grilled wrap. Including a 10% tip to a driver, the whole bill was over $40 and that is simply INSANE. Order had arrived in about 1.5 hours. I've tried to chew a few wings - it was cold, texture is disgusting, sauce is awful, the taste was weird with some strange bitterness. This is, probably, the worst wings I ever tried in my life. I think you can get better wings at the truck stop in the middle of nowhere. I'm honestly surprised: how you can serve this kind of garbage to the people and still stay in business? In the huge city with some of the greatest restaurants and pubs in the entire country... Who would eat THAT? I mean, you SPECIALIZE on wings, there is nothing else on the damn menu! McDonald's use to serve better wings then this crap!
Anyway, I had notice huge chunks of feather on those wings and almost had puked. I didn't really tried the wrap as tortilla and paper became the one piece and I couldn't properly separate it to try. Didn't feel like chewing a wax paper along with some feathers. I had bite the "grilled chicken" - tasteless, soggy, cold, disgusting. And the sauce was for no particular reason hotter then that one on the wings, even that I've ordered the same "mild" sauce...
What a shameful waste of a food products and human labor.
P. S. I threw the entire order in the trash. I hope I'm not going to get sick over this crap.
Well, I'm not having ANY wings for a while, that is for sure. As I would remember this chunks of a dead chicken that I've been served at this place.

I got introduced to this place by my aunt it was great 5 stars all around a few months back but recently it has not hit the same. The wings aren’t as burning spicy like hot should be. We also got charged for our ranch I don’t mind that but it used to be in a nice sealed with aluminum foil with a chicken it front as marketing. Even the container to hold the Chicken is different it used to be in a plastic container that was reusable now it in some waxy cardboard. I’m not sure if this makes a difference but we did order from grubhub. We used to order from this place alot but I think it time to move on. 😢

I've always liked this franchise; maybe a little over priced, but classic taste. However, the wings I just got in the new 'Cajun Voodoo' flavor have way too much MSG. I love salty food, but even to me it's borderline inedible. My guests could not eat them.

We were fortunate to have come across this place since we were super hungry, and this was the only spot open close-by on our night walk. The wait time was a bit long but it was warranted considering the time and the number of orders they had, as well as the two staff that ran everything at the time. I kind of felt bad since they seemed stressed out but they pulled through.
We got the wraps and some chips, and it honestly hit hard. The chips were shockingly good, and the wrap was good hut nothing exceptional. It was a little bit lacking in terms of content but it was still very satisfying. Great late night joint!!

I ordered well done wings online and then in-person, carefully describing in-person that I wanted crispy skin from overdone wings and not rubbery skin, but I got under-done wings every time with rubbery skin. The meat tasted good, but the skin was gross an inedible. I only got to eat the meat half of my wings, so 3 stars.
Watch out with this place guys, one of the guys working there is super rude. He yelled at me to order and I literally took less than 5 seconds looking at the menu. He is so super rude, throwing things around, and yelling. Such bad attitude.
UPDATE: Hi owner, thanks for responding. I sent you an email, please review it, thanks.

Your fries and chicken tenders had no crisp. They were saugy. They were equivalent to frozen tenders but double the price. I could (and will) get better quality from market basket frozen crinkle fries and frozen tenders. It was like you washed them through a pasta colander. You'd think after Covid-19, people would be home body you, would step up your game. I know this doesn't mean anything to you. Greasy saugy food just doesn't hack it. Good luck?
