I came in at 8:10 pm. I was calling out ‘hello, hello,’ but no one responded. After waiting for about 4 minutes, I finally decided to call by phone, and then someone answered. The staff seemed very distracted and even called me by the wrong name. They left the counter unattended and sold me the wrong spicy wings. Very poor service — I don’t think the staff is working as they should.

No blue cheese gave me5 ketchup and parmassion wing dry and tasted like nothing , spoke to mark Manager and offered me 2 free blue cheese after I ate my wing 23 minutes on the phone ! First time and last time ever ,cost me 36. 80! For 20!wings gave the kid the change from 40 nevereveragzin, garbage food and shitty management ( Mark)

Went in at around 1:30pm on September 8th. Both the man and woman checked up on the customers to make sure everyone was all set. The guy who got my order ready combined my other order and gave it to me all together, which as perfect. Thank you, will be back

This place used to be good but seems to have taken a turn for the worse. They used to consistently have very strong and flavorful sauces and rubs on their wings but when I went the other day all 3 flavors i got were completely bland.

The dry rubs seemed to not even be applied to the chicken and the wet sauces tasted watered down.

It was edible, but not enjoyable. Don't bother getting anything here if youre expecting flavor.

Got delivery I used to order from this place all the time, I always get two wing flavors and they have always been sent in a larger box in two separate wing baskets in the same box, now they are sent in the same basket in a smaller box with a very thin sheet of paper between them, these are saucy wings and the sauces mix all over each other, there’s a spicy sauce all over the golden bbq, I’ve ordered two times and it’s consistently been something they are now doing, flavors are literally a mess, I give up at this point

Just a small place to really pick up Togo food. Our honey bbq boneless wings and tenders were very good. The garlic parm fries were very good, should be their default fry option to give to guests

I usually have no problem with this location but the chicken today was rancid and undigestible. The odor emitting from it was sickening although it looked cooked so it might’ve been a refrigeration issue. I contacted DoorDash and was unable to revive adequate help, so I went further and contacted the actual location. The worker that answered the phone was rather dismissive, which I somewhat understand as no one like to deal with annoying customers, but this genuinely feels like a safety hazard and I hope they can fix this issue.

Update: I reached out to management and they were very accommodating, reassuring me that they would check for any abnormalities and issues with the chicken.
