This place “delivers” the wings here taste really good, the crunch of the outer crust and then the tenderness of the chicken always leaves me feeling satisfied. The staff is very polite and there typically isn’t a wait or a line. If you are ever in the area and looking for a good bite to eat, check them out!!!!

I typically wouldn’t take the time to review a chain restaurant because others should know what to expect when ordering from one. This wings over is particularly terrible and after at least 3 orders from here I can confidently say that they do not hold up to other wings over. The chicken is always dry and chewy. Pretty sure every time I get food from here it’s been in the bottom of the fryer for 3 days before making it to my door. Not saying other wings overs are amazing but if you’re expecting their standard don’t count on it from here.

I go in there a few times a month every time I go in there the employees are rude they don't have proper work etiquette nobody is greeted There is loud music in the background and people messing around and talking in back I've never been greeted said hello too nothing I have to wait about 10 minutes before I'm even acknowledged every time I go in there it's the same thing absolutely ridiculous I guess there's no such thing as customer service anymore I was in there a few nights ago the black girl was playing on her phone and she look like she was gonna cry frowning the whole time didn't say one word she was definitely annoyed because I interrupted her from her Tik Tok or Insta gram post smh How does somebody work a customer service job and not have absolutely any people skills Great way to keep customers coming back

Went for some late night wings with friends, the staff was very friendly and willing to answer our questions. Wings were ready within minutes, tasted delicious and were hot and crispy.
I have never written a Google review. I am breaking that streak because of how thoroughly and completely I despise wings over Somerville. I have lived in Union square for nearly 10 years now. As many of you know, there are very little options for delivery wings in this city. Every 4 or 5 months I am either talked into ordering them or have a craving for wings enough that I go against my better judgement and order from them again. And EVERY TIME they mess up my order. I’m talking serious mess ups. Like 2 dry chicken tender a single water when I order 20 flavored wings and sodas for multiple people type of mess ups. EVERY TIME. It’s become a running joke with my spouse and my friends because in the dozens of times ive ordered in the last decade I’d say only once or twice has my order been correct. Think you can avoid the mess ups and order pick up in person to double check? They’ll make you wait in the lobby for 45 minutes because the order is late before handing you something totally wrong and needing to remake it anyways. Save yourself the frustration and disappointed.

Wings Over has some fantastic locations… unfortunately this isn’t one of them. Fries were stale and wings were unappetizing. I returned here after 2 years to see if it’s improved any but it’s still a hard pass. A real disappointment to the franchise.
