Was very excited to see there was a $6 Meal Deal. Jumped on the offer and put in a mobile order as the cafe across the street often sells a single latte for the same price. Ultimately was extremely disappoint to see that the store was CLOSED at 2pm despite all signage indicating a 5pm closure. (AND THE MOBILE APP ACCEPTING MY ORDER) Saw my name and order on the screen but as fellow patrons and I waited for over 20mins, the doors remained locked and it didn't seem like anyone was currently working. I was forced to return to work without lunch, my day was indubitably ruined.

They might as well just close this dunkin. After reading all the bad reviews I see I am not the only one who had a problem with this place. I am a lyft driver, I had just dropped off a fare at the cruise ships and needed a quick bite on the go. Luckily(or not so luckily) I saw this dunkin, I parked in front and used the app to order. Once the order was processed I go up to the door and it was locked. This was at 1240 in the afternoon. There was no one inside and I still saw online orders on the counter waiting to be picked up. I gave up and got back in my car and as I drove away saw people walking up to the door hoping to get some dunkin. Im still waiting to get a refund on my order

Probably the most poorly managed Dunkin of all time. Chronically understaffed, orders placed half an hour in advance just never ready, and also literally just closed at 130 on a Tuesday. What’s going on?

Supposed to open at 5:30am didnt open doors till 5:45am nothing was ready. Had to wait 15 mins for a breakfast sandwich. Server male was ignorant like he didnt want to be there.. wow this place should close.. even in the afternoons if you order hot food everyone runs no one wants to make it for you..total mess dunkin donuts should see what's happening with there brand..

I understand that servers have to deal with lots of people from lots of different places. The employees of the store must really be very patient with some of the people coming off cruise ships. The atmosphere is not a healthy one here because the homeless come off the street and they beg for food. One gentleman kept coming in and screaming about the poor service he received, and it appears that he was an EDP and the young server handled him professionally and kept the day moving smoothly without stopping service. Very unprofessional, Very slow , Always messing up my online orders and I mean always ! They dont know the difference between their own flavored teas. I just ordered a large black hot tea , And I recieved a delivery of a Large "Cool Mint" tea. Place is absolutely Trash
