I understand that servers have to deal with lots of people from lots of different places. The employees of the store must really be very patient with some of the people coming off cruise ships. The atmosphere is not a healthy one here because the homeless come off the street and they beg for food. One gentleman kept coming in and screaming about the poor service he received, and it appears that he was an EDP and the young server handled him professionally and kept the day moving smoothly without stopping service. Every time I order to this location in the app I have to reach out to customer service for a refund. They don’t have decaf coffee, and they don’t have hash browns.

Very unprofessional, Very slow , Always messing up my online orders and I mean always ! They dont know the difference between their own flavored teas. I just ordered a large black hot tea , And I recieved a delivery of a Large "Cool Mint" tea. Place is absolutely Trash

If you are coming in the morning you need to order ahead. Otherwise you WILL be late for work because service is so slow.

I ordered ahead today using the app and my order was still 30 minutes late. I am not joking. Truly a wonder how management hasn't fixed it yet.

I work next to the Dunkin Donuts on Harbor st and have been to the establishment a few times. Almost every time I enter - staff is disorganized, poorly managed/trained, and take over 10-15 minutes to make something like a small cold brew. Staff are on their phones FaceTiming other colleagues asking questions on how to do things, tickets are piled up both at the cashier stand and behind the counter, and the process of making the orders is so out of order. I would highly advise senior management of this company to inspect the working conditions and skill set of the colleagues and would suggest some high level re training. Today I am on minute 15 with no cold brew coffee in hand, and other that were ordering after me have received their meals.

Ordered 2 bacon egg and cheeses on everything bagels and an Iced tea. The iced tea is basically a large glass of water, and I got 1 bacon egg and cheese on everything and 1 sausage egg and cheese on seasame.

I ordered ahead, I arrived at the set time and my order was gone. The store attempted a remake but gave me a pumpkin spice latte instead of a mocha and also the wrong donuts. Looking closer at the order they actually handed me someone else’s order, no wonder mine was missing. I’ve had a number of terrible experiences at this location - the extra money is worth going to Flour across the street instead.

Went there again after not going for so long I still see their service is still subpar. No whipped cream in my Americano Sandwich was burnt to the consistency of a rock. 2 donuts dry. Had to take back and asked for refund paid over 12 refunded me 10 & change couldn’t refund me the difference of 1.79 so had to take a free muffin which I didn’t want anything from there at that point. I will not go back there again at the prices they charge the quality of their food does not warrant those prices. They have lost a customer for life I can burn my food at home.

Badddd advertising. New on the menu is chicken and roasted pepper wrap. Pictures show red peppers. I ordered one and there were NO red peppers! Instead it had jalapeños peppers in it. Not nice Dunkin! Not everyone can handle jalapeños.
