Ordered 2 bacon egg and cheeses on everything bagels and an Iced tea. The iced tea is basically a large glass of water, and I got 1 bacon egg and cheese on everything and 1 sausage egg and cheese on seasame.

I ordered ahead, I arrived at the set time and my order was gone. The store attempted a remake but gave me a pumpkin spice latte instead of a mocha and also the wrong donuts. Looking closer at the order they actually handed me someone else’s order, no wonder mine was missing. I’ve had a number of terrible experiences at this location - the extra money is worth going to Flour across the street instead.

Went there again after not going for so long I still see their service is still subpar. No whipped cream in my Americano Sandwich was burnt to the consistency of a rock. 2 donuts dry. Had to take back and asked for refund paid over 12 refunded me 10 & change couldn’t refund me the difference of 1.79 so had to take a free muffin which I didn’t want anything from there at that point. I will not go back there again at the prices they charge the quality of their food does not warrant those prices. They have lost a customer for life I can burn my food at home.

Badddd advertising. New on the menu is chicken and roasted pepper wrap. Pictures show red peppers. I ordered one and there were NO red peppers! Instead it had jalapeños peppers in it. Not nice Dunkin! Not everyone can handle jalapeños.

Nav from King George NJ is running a tight ship. Not only was the store clean, but they were fast and courteous. I messed up my order (my fault) and he remade it for me and didn't even charge. Top notch customer service. Definitely went the extra mile.

No place to sit, apparently one of the cashiers there brings with her a little girl and sits her in a table in the corner, the little girl shouldn't be there needs to be in kindergarten, also customers need a space to sit down and eat.

I ordered a mobile order. on the order was 2 cold brew coffees and a doughnut. it was only suppose to be one cold brew coffee and the donut. I called the store to be issued a refund no help. i called and spoke with customer service 7 different times to get a price adjustment. every agent I had either placed me on hold then hung up or hung up in my face. I will never order dunkin again. they have terrible customer service and prove they do not care about the customer.

Everything we asked For They were out of. Place was Dead wonder why. It’s at 75 and 50 don’t Bother to waste your Time they are horrible. Why be open when you don’t have crap. Whos the manager should be fired!!!

Customer service and food you could actually eat. I purchased these breakfast tacos and I couldn't eat them. They smelled of bleach and smelled like a rotten rag. Dunkin's solution was to ignore it for 2 weeks and then finally they told me they were going to send me a gift card for the money I spent on it. I spent over seven the time to get there and the fact that I had no lunch they sent me a gift card for $5. what a joke duncans you should be embarrassed you really don't give a blank about your customers.
