Had the dairy free chocolate and the peanut butter chip. Both delicious… but even better together. The shop was clean and spacious. Staff were so so. Not friendly. But not rude. Seemed really annoyed when they needed to look up my cow card number.

Being in public smoking a cigar the store employee of JP licks South Boston 397 W. Broadway harassed a person outside for smoking demanded for such person that refused to give his name to leave the area claiming that it was a violation of MGL 270 subsection 22 my intentions on filing a lawsuit against the company, and that employee for harassment after reading their reviews of a three point plus I see their employees are not educated on any law

Delicious ice cream and friendly service. Appreciated that even adults could get kiddie sizes. The cake batter and cookies and cream flavor was delish; though I was hoping for that cereal milk type flavor to be available.

Horrible service, no attention to detail, disrespectful on the phone. Thomas the “manager” was horrible and rude. Gave my order to someone random person and then said to my uber delivery driver that someone else already picked up my order. This is the second time this has happened. Will NEVER ever go back there or to any other JP Licks. Asked for his supervisor and he told me to stop talking and refused to tell me who I could complain to about the horrible service. Will tell everyone I know to not go there! If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Will complain to corporate who will probably do nothing. DO NOT GO TO JP LICKS
