Rosa is an informative and wonderful person. Her knowledge of her ingredients and food quality is second to none. I purchased the Italian sub and stuffed peppers and also eggplant parmesan. If you appreciate quality, you'll appreciate her prices.

Rosas review. Everyone is so friendly here. It’s like a large version of nonnas house with all the yummy smells going on there.
Very homey place for Italian stuffs. They have sweets, subs and all sorts of different cheeses.
We got 2 Italian subs. They were not ordinary sized. If you ask for a large Italian elsewhere you don’t get anything like this. They have 1 size and it’s larger than a regular sub. My hubs said it’s his second best Italian sub he’s ever had in his life and he’s 70’s and that’s saying something. It’s definitely the most interesting Italian sub I’ve ever had. It’s packed with a ton of stuff your normal mouth might have a time of it to get it all in in one bite but it’s good. The pickled veggies are all home made too which to me is a bonus.
They had fizzy water and still water. Veggies galore to buy.
They also had cute little artwork that seemed to be everywhere even the restroom that were painted by Rosa herself. We drove a bit to get there but we will go again and recommend this little place to anyone.

Rosa’s is definitely Easton’s Hidden Gem!! I decided to give it a try this past weekend and the food is absolutely amazing!! Rosa makes everything fresh right there in front of you! The pride, joy and love for her food shows brightly as she prepares everything. I had so much fun conversing with her during my time there. The food was so delicious! The sandwiches she made were huge! Everything was packed to the gills. I enjoyed every bite! Definitely will be stopping there again! It’ll be my number 1 spot! Worth checking out!

I have never written a google review, but feel compelled after visiting Rosa’s earlier this week. Not only was the meatball parm sandwich the best I have ever eaten, but the atmosphere and service were uniquely warm and welcoming. I bought two jars of pickles that are some of the best I have ever tasted (and also award winning). Rosa herself is someone with a clear pride and passion in her skill as a chef and canning and pickling expert. I wish I could have bought one of everything, but the good thing is that I can try something new each time I go back, which I plan to despite living a half hour away. This place is a true gem, and unlike any other specialty food store I have visited in New England.
Holy smokes. If you haven’t visited just do yourself a favor and GO! Such an old fashioned store that brings you back! Everything is fresh and smells and looks amazing.The Italian sub was amazing.Other places either add too much dressing or are over powered with meat!Now with Rosa making it you’ll have the best sub you ever had!It’s LOADED and nothing is over powering!The flavor of it all is there and it’s all FRESH.

First time the family has ever went there and my toddler even loved everything about the food! With all that being said it even gets better with the owner,she is so kind and friendly it’s amazing.You don’t ever have experiences like the one we had in a very long time! They treat you like family and are such wonderful people.This is a family business that you will always return to!
