I hired their food truck for our annual company picnic, and they did amazing!! Communication and the hiring process was positive and smooth and the ice cream was incredible and they gave great service

We had Batch come to our backyard Baby-Q baby shower and it was an awesome experience for us and all of our guests. The booking process was very easy and accommodating, their service was awesome, and the ice cream was great as always!! It was such a hit! Would definitely recommend using them for your next event!

We had the Batch Ice Cream truck come for a birthday party we were hosting at our house, it was so fun! The planning process was super smooth, the attendant was amazing. The truck came right on time, the guests were thrilled to see it pull up into the backyard, the ice cream was delicious! It was a great addition to the party, I would do again and recommend the truck to anyone!!

Excellent ice cream, With Excellent service! I loved every bite of the chocolate ice cream I order along with the sugar cone. The rainbow sprinkles are my favorite topping!

Misleading for allergies. I was very excited to try this place as someone with an anaphylactic egg allergy since allergens were labeled with “egg.”

The only problem was when I got there I was informed that none of these signs were accurate and instead they recommended the vegan flavors.

I asked about the signs to simply double check, but I found this extremely worrisome and misleading. If I had taken them at their word with the signs I’d be in the hospital tonight.

Forwardly promoting inaccurate allergens is unacceptable.

I was there yesterday with my son and my hubby while waiting for food next door. My son had a cookie dough scoop and my husband had a ginger scoop. They asked if I wanted something I said no because of my allergies and they accommodated my allergies and made me feel happy that I was able to actually try something in there. The attendant was very friendly she went and switched out the scoopers and reassured me that I was going to be okay I ended up having the salted caramel and this definitely made my weekend. I usually can't eat in places like this. I loved how their ice creams with nuts were in a separate place. I would definitely go there again. Shout out to the attendant last night they were amazing 😍

Excellent service, phenomenal ice cream! 2 sugar cones with two scoops each and a waffle cone with 3 scoops for less than $20!

Excellent ice cream shop with many unique flavors and toppings! Batch ice cream is definitely a step above your typical ice cream shop and the 1-scoop portion was large! We were also pleased with their dairy free raspberry option which tasted exactly like regular ice cream! There are several tables for seating and staff offered samples of any flavor as we were making our selection. Our party was a group of 6 and our favorites were the chocolate chunk and raspberry but even the vanilla was extremely flavorful. The chunks of chocolate in the chocolate chunk were huge! We look forward to returning!

The Ludlow 250th Celebration Committee LOVES Batch ice cream. We have had them at all of our celebratory events and our guests are happy we did. Their ice cream is absolutely delicious. We highly recommend Batch for your next event.
