I recently went here for the 1st time. The food was good, but the service was not. Our waitress never brought our bill to the table then we saw other customers going to the front to pay without a bill. This is all fine only if you are told that is the way that it works. Then the person working just told me a total price of our check. I told her that I wanted to see the bill. She did give it to me to look at after I asked and it was correct but this isn't how you should be...
My partner and I are new in the area, and were excited to try this place. We were not expecting the greatest Mexican food, it being western Massachusetts. We were pleasantly surprised by the authentic, delicious dishes and awesome margaritas. It mostly compensated for the terrible attitude of our server. Both times we've eaten there she was our server.
