Family Pizza South Hadley

Love this place. Truly some of the best pizza in the area, and they always have great service. Mostly takeout, but they do have a few tables to dine in.

I got a fisherman‘s platter delivered when I got it. The fish was like a hash brown size from McDonald’s, and it was dark brown. It was overcooked. The shrimp was overcooked. The scallops were overcooked, and the clams were overcooked. The only thing that was decent was the fries so I called them. They sent me a new order and the fish wasn’t even cooked all the way, and it was dark I used to order almost every other day from them. I will never order from there again.

Awesome pizza! Family Pizza has become our new favorite for our weekly pizza night. I happily travel from the other side of Chicopee to pickup pizza at Family, ever since our old go to pizza restaurant in Chicopee was sold. Our order is always correct, ready on time, hot and delicious. I highly recommend!

Ordered a chicken cutlet grinder and it was really disappointing. As you can see in the photo, the sandwich was mostly shredded lettuce and tomato with barely any actual chicken inside. It felt like I paid for a salad on bread instead of a chicken grinder.

I called to let them know about the issue and hoped they would help resolve it, but the manager wasn’t helpful and didn’t offer any kind of solution. Between the lack of chicken and the poor customer service, this was not a good experience.

Been ordering from here since I moved to South Hadley 3 years ago. We ordered a party size pizza, some bone in wings and boneless wings for a birthday party...came to around $80. Not the biggest deal, I know prices are going up for everything.

When the food arrived we were disappointed to realize how small the bone in wings were. They were smaller then the wings you get in the frozen banquet chicken buffalo wing boxes. Whatever, not too happy but we got boneless wings too....opened the boneless wings to see that they were chicken patties cut into small peices...that is NOT boneless wings.

Whatever atlesst we got pizza and we know their pizza is delicous...unfortunetly the pizza was really dry...what a bummer.

We are so disappointed with this experience that we plan to never go back to family pizza again unless someone makes it right or explains why you use chicken patties for boneless wings and why your charging me top dollar for chicken wings that arent the normal sized wings you serve.

Family Pizza South Hadley. Is my absolute favorite pizza I grew up in town I've traveled all over I've lived all over something just keeps bringing me back it's just that good the sauce is the boss the staff is great family combo with onions is My jam

Great spot for pizza and sandwiches and some other stuff too. The staff is extremely friendly. I stopped by with my family and got a couple sandwiches to go. I went to wait in the car for a couple minutes and they brought it out to me. They made my day. I got a cold cut grinder it was delicious but a little conservative on the meats.

Ordered a salad from them, got home and started eating it. Found a gross dead bug in there. It was in my mouth and totally disgusted. So disappointed, I really like their pizza. Was disappointed I wasn’t offered a cash refund for my order but instead store credit. I probably won’t be going back after this, so store credit will be useless

We used to love their pizza . First time we decided to get grinders because we've always enjoyed and what a disappointment. Cold cut had barely any meat on it and apparently forgot the cheese. Order of onion rings came with 10 onion rings.
Chicken tenders were only 3 and over cooked fries. Steak and cheese barely any meat . I understand prices are increasing but so haven't theirs

Both orders were delivery so default I will give them 4 stars for atmosphere. The delivery driver was nice and the pizza arrived hot. The pizza itself though was a let down, again. The first time we ordered it was a family size cheese pizza with pepperoni. The crust was crispy and the pepperoni nice and spicy. There was very little sauce on the pizza and the cheese was nominal. We decided to try again last night one more time, and ordered extra sauce and extra cheese. Unfortunately the pizza (family size cheese with pepperoni) had neither extra sauce or extra cheese (which costs extra). Instead it was barely any sauce and again just a nominal amount of cheese. We will not be trying a third time.

Today was a rough day. The pizza had almost no sauce which made it very dry. Many pieces were bubbled up and there was no hamburger, toppings etc. this pizza was almost $28.00 and it was not good. Whoever made our pizza took no care in making it at all. It should not have been given to any customer. I think many places maybe this one feel no one will say anything. I will make my next choice a different place at least for a while. Food is expensive and only good quality product should be given to customers.
