Good location for pizza in South Hadley. It is a small location with parking on off the side street.

Been going here a few times a a month for a couple years. Placed an order over the phone at 8:22 on August 9th. Was told it would take 20 minutes. Got there at exactly 8:40 to find the lights off, and the door locked. I went and got food elsewhere, and later noticed a missed call from Family Pizza at 8:57. I called and spoke to a manager on August 16th, as I wanted to order a pizza and talk about the issue I had. The male manager said he wasn't working that night, but took down my name and number to find out what happened. They never called back. A week went by, and once again I wanted to get pizza, so I called and spoke to the owners wife on August 23rd. She was very quick and dismissive to claim this didn't happened, and suggested that I may have ordered from a different pizza restaurant. I expressed that I'm certain I ordered from them, as I have their phone number saved since I have been a customer for years. She again dismissed that, said they were very busy, and that it didn't happen. No apology, no resolution. Yikes. What a way to treat a loyal customer

First time at Family Pizza. The crust was thick, the sauce was thin and bland, the cheese was thin. We had a medium pizza with three ingredients on only half the pizza and paid $30! Overpriced mediocre pizza. We won't be returning.

The pizza's really good but it's pricey it's $15 more for the extra large that it is at the place I usually go Pizza is not $15 better but it is a little bit better. I ordered half cheese half combination

Pizza is great, calzone is great. Pastas are good. Just don’t like that spaghetti and meatballs for $15 size small comes with just one meatball, and a large comes with only 2z also the cookies look amazing and taste fine, but they are dry

Made the switch to Family last summer and have not been let down. Ordering online is a breeze, delivery drivers are courteous and friendly and the biggest thing is they actually seem to care about your “notes” we’ve requested “extra crispy” wings multiple times and they were perfectly done. “Extra cheese” was not an extra pound per square inch, it was actually what you would expect and nicely done.
Pizza quality is great and not greasy, have had select gourmets and custom build your own pizzas done very well!! Prices are very reasonable for quality and amount you receive in our opinion. Also delivery times have always been insanely fast!

Very very dry cheese pizza, they don't put much sauce on it. If you try to take the cheese off, it sticks to the bread (we pick at the cheese after we've filled up) It's not first time, but it will be the last time. The people are nice.
