For timely service when dining in it might be better to order takeout and then ask for a table and sit down and eat. We watched 20 bags of food go out the door while we sat waiting over 45 minutes for out food to be served.

Went for lunch while visiting the college. My vege ramen was quite bad. Cold tofu and cold egg in a lukewarm broth with some sad pre-cooked button mushrooms, corn kernels a few strands of sad sprouts and clumpy / stuck together noodles. I ate most of it because I was hungry and didn’t want to waste food but some of the worst ramen I have had at a restaurant.
My wife’s spicy tuna roll was too spicy for Japanese sushi. Other food was ok but not recommended overall.

Had such an awful time I am literally writing this from the table. Blonde waitress, not sure what her name is, was incredibly rude and just generally incompetent. It took 15 minutes to get our water, thirty for our order to be taken, and then an hour for the food to arrive. We had to remind the waitress over and over again of what we ordered and she still couldn’t remember??? Ordered two miso soups and received them AFTER we were finished eating because we had to remind her yet again. Ordered a coke and it came half full, so I’m not sure if she didn’t like us, or if she just had no clue how to do her job?? I usually judge old people really hard for not tipping 20% but this is the first time I’ve genuinely understand why they don’t. Not to mention it was literally our friend’s birthday dinner.

fantastic food. got the pork belly bao-tender and fatty and delicious. the duck ramen is spectacular. crab rangoon sushi roll is excellent, so is the spicy salmon roll. but the salmon skin roll is by far the best sushi i have ever had.

IYA is within walking distance of my house. I am lucky to have a really decent sushi place that is too convenient. Their specialty rolls are creative and tasty, but their Ramen is my go to.

My husband and I have been big fans of Iya for a long time. The last three times that we’ve ordered from them though the pricing has been ridiculous and the portions are honestly embarrassing. Sad to say, we probably won’t be grabbing from there again. $17 for 4 pieces of chicken, steamed broccoli and rice. Absolutely insane.

Spicy salmon bowl was good. Fresh ingredients enough for one person. 4 crispy spring rolls also served fresh. Two items to go for $28.
Food was disappointing. Too salty. Very crowded space. Not the vibe.
