Iya Sushi and Noodle Kitchen - South Hadley

Ummm.. I understand the hype. First time trying IYA (was looking for a new sushi place). I’m pretty easy to please but now I see why this place is well liked. Everything was so fresh! I got a shrimp tempura roll with salmon on top, eel sauce, and spicy mayo. Besides the fact that I ate it too fast (was amazed by the quality), everything was delicious.

I have never had a good experience getting takeout from here!!! I usually get the chicken ramen and that will come in two separate things: a covered container for the broth and a plastic case for the ramen parts. The broth will ALWAYS leak out of the bucket and then I'm usually left with less than I was given. I wish they would change the container for the broth. Feels like a total scam.

They use the same fryer for both meat and vegetarian options. I asked for which items on the menu were vegetarian and was not told about the cross contamination. Our server told another table but not us.

It's always been great. Very busy during campus events, worth a wait time

Had dinner last weekend - busy, but we were seated right away. Everything was great, service was prompt, and pricing was more than fair. It had been a while since we had been but will definitely return

I walked in and was seated rather fast then it took fifteen minutes for a waitressto show up, didnt ask if we wanted drinks just rushed us for our order, then took 45 minutes for my food to come out. While i was waiting everyone who came in after me were seated and eating right within fifteen minutes. My waitresses kayleigh was slower than a car with two wheels my ramen was colder than my water my chicken lo mein had no chicken overall very dissatisfied and refuse to go back after that

Food Used to be very good...but last couple times we have gotten take out and it's not good at all! ordered take out tonight and the avocado in my sushi was black and the chicken ramen had zero flavor super disappointed for the price it's just not worth it sadly we will probably not return.

I was having a really rough day at work when I ordered dinner to pick up afterwards. In my stupor I ordered from the wrong location and when I arrived to pick up my food it wasn't there because of my mistake. I behaved like a baby and was totally ready to leave in defeat to eat some bread or something, but the hostess called the other location to cancel the order there and expedited a new order for me. She was unbelievably kind to me when I didn't deserve it. I'm grateful for her and the restaurant, which is always amazing. I highly recommend the Salmon Skin Roll. Thanks for helping me.

Been here a few times. I love sushi and this is a great place to get it. I recommend the cannonball roll, it's topped with pieces of juicy and tender steak. Has great flavor. Also try the chicken nuggets. They look just like mcdonalds but taste 10 times better!
