Each trick—from the iconic onion volcano to the precise egg toss—was executed perfectly, blending impressive techniques with humor and enthusiasm. It was clear that our chef not only knew his craft but genuinely enjoyed sharing it with his guests.

“We’ve wanted to try IYA for a while now and so happy we did! The food was fantastic from the duck bao buns and delicious ramen to the nice little sweet bite of ice cream mochi at the end of our meal. I really wanted to try everything on the menu. Along with the food was great service. The servers were attentive and pleasant. We will definitely be back!“
