I started going here in 2022. Me and my partner would go here every week, it was our spot. The food was delicious- and the service was so nice. They always remembered us and what we would typically order! I was so happy when they added boba tea to their menu too! Sadly me and my partner have split, and I have moved out of state, but I remember this place, its great food and service :)

I've order food from them in the past. Its been amazing. However, their hours of operation isn't correct. If you're running behind and want to get food between 8:30-8:45. The kitchen is closed. They should change their closing time to 8:30, if they don't want to serve after that time.

I got takeout and it was great! I got the pad Thai and Thai iced tea. I’m definitely ordering from there again soon.

I visited Cozy recently and was extremely disappointed by the way I and others in my party were treated. As a Black customer, I couldn’t help but notice a clear difference in how we were treated compared to other guests. We were ignored for long stretches, spoken to curtly, and our concerns were brushed off without apology or explanation.

Good food and ambiance can never make up for poor service rooted in bias. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect—no exceptions. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes real changes, because no one should have to experience discrimination while simply trying to enjoy a meal.

I ordered sticky rice cause the pic on their website shows it comes with mango but it's actually ONLY sticky rice. I also ordered a Tom Yum noodle soup, there is only 2 shrimps and few small pieces of meats and mushrooms, just looks like the one i get from the shopping mall food court, tastes not bad tho.

The food is delicious, fresh, and affordable. The staff are very friendly and inviting. The interior is cute and cozy.

Unfortunately, I can't give it more stars because the rice was like 2 days old, dry and ugly looking, and the fish was undercooked, and there was a small hair in the vegetables... please improve that, thank you.

I read the reviews while searching for a quick bite to eat with my wife while in this area. Floored by the quality and flavors of everything we tried. Simply put... Amazing. We've eaten at many Thai spots over the years and nothing comes close. That said, the service we received was incredibly quick, attentive and kind. You feel as if you're sitting at a table in someone's home. The restaurant decor is charming and not obnoxious, with beautiful plants and soft lighting. Very clean. Not a speck of dirt visible on any surface.

DO NOT PASS BY THIS RESTAURANT... it would be a major mistake on your part.

Truly is a cozy place to eat. Their Tom Yum Noodle Pho was amazing. Tasted like a warm tomato chilli soup.

The food is good, but they turn up the music really loud, the silence is awful, it seems like you're hiding to eat, you can't even talk, do it comfortably because everyone can hear what you say, the music is so low it sounds like a church.
