One customer accidentally went to the wrong location in Hyannis, but a kind man at the counter called the South Yarmouth store to ensure the order was ready. When the customer arrived, the staff knew who they were and had the piping hot pizza and calzone waiting. The staff took time to chat, knew the order without looking at a screen, and clearly cares deeply about their work. The food is excellent, with entrees that are second to none. Customers highly recommend the carbonara, which has been enjoyed many times. The perfectly cooked pizza has delicious dough, crust, sauce, and cheese. Specific meals like the chicken broccoli Alfredo pizza are described as perfection in pizza form, and the steak and cheese is one of the best ever had. Another customer called unexpectedly for pizza dough to bake at home, and it was perfect. The restaurant also offers perfectly crisp slices, like a cheese and margherita, that made a customer's day.
