Today I was at Dunkin in Southampton, MA. Received courtesy service from the woman at the window while two girls were fooling around so loudly in the background I could barely hear the woman at the window. I had placed an order for 25 munchkins. When I got home the munchkins were all crushed and crumbled into the box. Very disappointed. Will never stop there again.

Well, every drink is different every time I order it, which is a blessing and a curse. Most Dunkin locations are like that, though, in my experience. This is my Dunkin though and I feel that warmth.

We got in and got out with an order for 5 people and walked in to order but some of our order was a bit screwed up. A breakfast sandwich not toasted and a bagel barely toasted. Also, there were no real munchkins to speak of at about 10:45 am so I had to settle for a donut instead. Not sure we'll be back but we'll see.....

My daughter makes me go here almost every single day for a chocolate sprinkle donut and I am literally obsessed with the birthday cake latte and yes I tell them to add extra sprinkles!!
Always my favorite donuts! I'm visiting my home state of Massachusetts. DD's are everywhere! Back in Vegas, my home since 2011, DD's are few. The glazed donut, the frosting filled powdered donut, jelly donuts. Yummy ??

This Dunkin is one of the worst Dunkin’s I have ever been to. The manager does not care about the lack of customer service in his store, every time I have gone there whoever takes my order and/or works the window is always so rude, there was one employee that didn’t say anything at the window, no total, no hi how are you, no welcome to dunkin, no have a nice day, she just waited for you to hand her your money, and then handed you your stuff and that was it. Every time I have a rude employee take my order or hand me my stuff through the window, the manager is standing right behind them hearing their lack of customer service/negative attitude and does not say anything or intervene. The staff that take orders are equally as rude, you order one item and they ask “anything else” in a monotone way after every individual item. I know this is fast food, but I worked at dunkin for years and it is not difficult to not show how much you hate your job, and be friendly with customers. They also have messed up my coffee and food several times. Unfortunately I live minutes away from this dunkin and go there occasionally for ease, but I have never been pleased with the service. Everyone I know that has gone to this dunkin doesn’t have anything good to say about it either. It’s in a convenient spot so it will always get business, but just know that you will not be met with pleasant staff, and you could likely be given incorrect/burnt/watery food or coffee.

95% of the time they put American cheese on sandwiches when you request white cheddar on the app, and sometimes the sandwiches are straight up burnt
