I go here every couple days while working from home. The sandwiches are good and the veggies seem fresher than another Subway I go to when I am working in the office. The service is great too, never had to wait much at all, and everyone working there is friendly.

I’ve been coming to the subway in Southampton for a while now, great staff and the food always hits the spot! Last time I went I notice that there was a new sign about reviews and staff attitude. Although I have no problem with encouraging customers to leave honest reviews. the new sign says that there staff is “ very friendly “ and “smiley customer service “ this is not just posted once in the store but 4 times including flyers to take home saying the same . I truly think it’s inappropriate to call your almost fully female staff not to mention half of the staff is younger girls very friendly as it could be taken wrong by the wrong people. Also myself having worked in public food service this seems like a tactic to scare employees into fake smiling and not correcting inappropriate actions by customers due to being scared they will get a negative review and backlash at work. I love this place and the staff have always been so kind it’s sad to seem them being treated like this so obviously even customers can see it.
