ok i got a sandwich they toasted it i did not ask them too, they also made the sandwich upside down, the sandwich was mushy too, i order a cookie it was stale, they gave me a foot long cookie too which i did not ask for also it was very expensive for this bad sandwich. worst subway i have been to

We come here often but today , a Saturday during lunch rush, the manager, working by herself, with a line out the door, kept her poise and treated every customer with politeness and patience, greeted every customer who walked in the door with a friendly smile and hello. This young lady is the epitome of professionalism and great work ethic. The owner Kim McCarthy is lucky to have her and hope she appreciates this extremely hard working woman. Outstanding job.

Was impressed with the customer service that Chandra(?) exhibited on my very first visit! She had many customers and did her best to be pleasant and hard working during my experience.Our food was excellent and I will be sure to return:)Thank you.

This place continues to go downhill. The subs get smaller and smaller, the meat thinner and thinner, the veggies were wilted, the lettuce brown. The only thing that increases is the price! Done. I wish a Jersey Mike's would come to Southampton.

max made my experience at subway so nice. she was very friendly, made it easy for me to order and helped me understand the difference between the different breads and other menu items. would definitely go again because of her.

Don't get avocado and mayo together. I literally had it all over my face, my hands, and the top of the dress I had on. I was really hoping for slices or I wouldn't have asked.

I used to buy grinders here all the time when I worked in Westfield. I did not have any complaints about the food here

Service was ok. The food was good. The place was just dirty, though. Floor, tables, and chairs. One worker left, and I was like... how did they just leave one person for this? I just can't do it. Messy.

Don't honor subway coupons. Lost all my business.
I went to this Subway shop for salads and a grinder for myself and my 2 kids. I was treated horribly, and was rushed. I didn't even wind up ordering my grinder due to the unprofessional manner in which I was being treated by the male long haired attendant. The quality of the food was not much better. The kids salads were just thrown together without any care with a piece of chicken placed on top. I wound up getting a sandwich from the Cumberland Farms across the street.
Did an online order for a VEGGIE grinder…requested and paid for extra lettuce as you can see on the receipt in the photo. I don’t even think they put enough lettuce for a regular sub.When you’re ordering a sandwich especially with no meats you should load it with what the person is paying for.I paid extra for nothing and basically ate a bread sandwich.I highly recommend you walk in yourself and watch them make your food so you can be sure you’re leaving with what you want and pay for.
Have a Subway coupon? Chances are very good that this location won't accept it.
