I go here every couple days while working from home. The sandwiches are good and the veggies seem fresher than another Subway I go to when I am working in the office. The service is great too, never had to wait much at all, and everyone working there is friendly.
I’ve been coming to the subway in Southampton for a while now, great staff and the food always hits the spot! Last time I went I notice that there was a new sign about reviews and staff attitude. Although I have no problem with encouraging customers to leave honest reviews. the new sign says that there staff is “ very friendly “ and “smiley customer service “ this is not just posted once in the store but 4 times including flyers to take home saying the same . We come here often but today , a Saturday during lunch rush, the manager, working by herself, with a line out the door, kept her poise and treated every customer with politeness and patience, greeted every customer who walked in the door with a friendly smile and hello. This young lady is the epitome of professionalism and great work ethic. The owner Kim McCarthy is lucky to have her and hope she appreciates this extremely hard working woman. Outstanding job.
