Great food, cold drinks and great service. Very nice old brick building. Bathrooms were very clean. Plenty of parking out back.
My husband and I have always liked Fins. We went tonight for our anniversary and ended up waiting over an hour for our food. The waitress blamed it on a new system and had she never bothered to check in on us she would have realized long before that she never submitted our order in the new system. Take ownership for your poor customer service! And then, she never even offered any compensation like taking our drinks off the bill.
