The flight deck at Southbridge Airport is one of my absolute favorite places to eat. in fact, I have eaten there two times in one day on at least five separate occasions. There's absolutely nothing I enjoy more than finding a family-friendly Mom and Pop Shop, with a great novelty, run by super nice people. The spot is open Tuesday through Sunday for breakfast and lunch, and Fridays and Saturdays until 9:00 p.m. Its great for a sunset visit to an airfield for ice cream for the kids. If the airfield's manager is on site and you ask nicely, they will give you a tour and let you see some of the planes in the hangers as they are doing repairs...
Everything is great. Besides the food and the lovely staff personalities, the music selection is awesome. All the customers seem to be in a good mood, kids can play games on the lawn, and they have ice cream. And there are airplanes. What more could you ask for?
