The owner is very polite and passionate about his business. I wish I took a picture but when he brought out this massive plate of food I could not just feast my eyes any longer. The half chicken was so tender and flavorful all the little bones were pulling right out the meat. The brisket was fresh out of the smoker and oh my lord, let me tell you, it was SOOO FRIGGIN GOOOOD!
