Drive thru was busy so we went inside. Most employees were servicing the window so we were told to order at the pickup counter. Had a little wait to order and then a little wait to pay. Drinks were good. But if we saw a line like that again, we would probably try to come back later.
What you would expect with Dunkin' coffee and food was on par, service was a little slow, waited for 3 or 4 minutes without being acknowledged but they were focused on drive through and it is COVID times so to be expected somewhat. Would absolutely use this location again for my coffee and donut needs!
I haven't had a bad experience at this location unlike the other one in Southwick. On Fridays I take my sons to get a donut after school and I may get a coffee. This location has short wait times and usually has the donuts my boys like.As for Dunkin Donuts in general, I give the company about a third of a star. You can taste the cheapness in the coffee and food. It gets worse every year as the race to the bottom continues.
