Horrendous customer service. Suddenly we are told they can't serve gluten free bagels with any toppings and blame the health inspector instead of their poor food safety regime.
Always fast, great prices, and best bagels around. I have only had one issue in the many times I've been where they forgot one item in my order, which I didn't notice. They refunded me without even me asking, and also offered to let me come back and still get the item. Love them! Edit: still amazing, still making things right for the customer. Wish I could give more stars
