Just attended a reception, here, and it was fantastic! This is some of the best pizza in New England!

Lasagna was terrible. Looked like it was a couple days old and reheated to the point of complete dryout. Tasted awful and was not edible at all. The meatsauce was burnt as if it had been sitting in a pot all day. Waitress was very friendly but unfortunately the food was not good.

First time here. The food was real good. Good enough that I'll go back. The service was slow. Very slow, but in all fairness..it was a busy Saturday night.I have to say, the bathroom was atrocious. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in over 6 months. It was gross.

We went right as they opened and were seated immediately. Given bread & an olive oil/garlic dip which was delicious. It was nice & quiet so having a conversation was very easy. The Broccoli and Alfredo is absolutely amazing here. You literally want to lick your plate and I am a huge Alfredo critic!

Poor service experience for us. We waited for at least 15 minutes and no one took our order or acknowledged our presence. Will not try this again. Its too bad because it looked like a nice

Although the pizza was good, it wasn't done right, it was not what I asked for. The young lady that answered the phone was rather short, she could have been just a little bit more personable and I'm not entirely sure she took my order down correctly or the kitchen screwed up. Definitely a pricey place. I expected a correct order for my money.

I see some bad reviews but my family went there for pizza and the pizza was excellent. The service was great.

The waitress was less than stellar with attention to detail, and the food was mediocre.

Very good! Reading some recent poor reviews I wasn't sure how our meals would be, but we tried Roma and were not disappointed. The calamari was tender and golden brown. Chicken Francaise was flavorful and tender. Chicken/eggplant parm was also very good. The sauce had a nice taste, not too acidic. We also ordered a small pizza to go to see how it tasted. The pizza too was very good. Our server, Mia was attentive but not over bearing. The restaurant is a bit dated, but clean. Definitely would go back again when we're up in Southwick.

My new favorite restaurant. Love their style of pizza - very different from conventional pizza. Their prime rib is truly amazing: slow roasted and full of great flavor.I will be visiting often, now that I found this place.

Me and my fiancee went there for date night. I had prime rib she had chicken with broccoli and chicken. My prime rib tasted and smelled "fishy" literally and her chicken was slightly undercooked and way over garlicky. We both ended up with food poisoning. DO NOT EAT AT ROMAS

Very dissapointed with food and service. Although we ordered prime rib for 3, med, and med rare. Each serving was well done and dry.. Food was not hot with exception of one order of fries. Salads were not fresh. This was our third visit. The first, about three years ago was very good. Had prime rib then and it was fine. We will not go back to the Roma again.

After a local sporting event yesterday, we were looking forward to celebrating with dinner at Roma's afterwards. We arrived at 4:45pm and half the restaurant was totally empty with scattered patrons on the other half. There were 10 adults and 4 small children in our party. The hostess seemed surprised that we did not have a reservation and after whispering with another staff member she said it would be 10-15 minutes while they set out 14 place settings. Once we were seated our waitress came over and informed us that for parties of 10 or more , we had to choose 4 items off the menu and everyone had to pick one of those 4 items. We asked if we could split the table in half to make 2 smaller groups and she said that it didn't matter because overall there were 14 of us. I've never heard of such a policy that limits everyone's choices !!!! After some debate among ourselves we opted to leave and take our appetites elsewhere rather than try to get 14 people to agree on the same 4 items to pick from. Funny thing is, this same group also went there 6 months prior to this and had a nice dinner together with no restrictions!!! So what changed?? I just know that I don't plan on returning to try it again.
