I've only been to this place twice, but each time it's been very good. The workers are very nice and they have a lot of unique and delicious things. I've tried their cookies and cream iced coffee and the recent Thanksgiving sandwich (I cannon remember the name of it) recently and definitely enjoyed it! I recommend going here for coffee or a bite to eat. There is a lot of variety!

This joint is peak New England coffee shop. I'm here twice a day, most work days. Everything is frickin delicious, and they've got a lovely staff who feed me the coffee I need to keep me awake so I can fix your cars and houses. Show them some love.

Love coming to dippins! Everyone is always so sweet! When I don't get a coffee I get a redbull with flavoring added to it I get Pomegranate and rasberry it's delicious 10/10 recommend trying it. Oh and I feel like they're always wicked fast to! Love it

I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service experience I had. I earned 5 stamps towards a free coffee, but because I had to start a new card after misplacing the old one, they refused to combine the stamps or honor the free coffee. I'd like to know where this policy is clearly stated, as it's not mentioned on the loyalty card or visible in-store. It seems unfair to deny me the reward I've earned. Shame on you! I retuned the coffee and drove to Dunkin’. They are less expensive anyway.

Friendly staff and a clean atmosphere, food was very good! I recommend the sausage, egg, and cheese on a jalapeño bagel

We’ve been coming here on and off for about 5 plus years. We love their coffee and donuts and MOST of the staff is amazing. It seems we keep running into the same problem with one worker, she consistently over charges random amounts, never gets my order right, always says one number but charges way more, and just consistently rude. I gave a courtesy call a few weeks back about being over charged every time I have this one girl and they said they’d talk to her and see what was going on.. Today she over charged me, drops my coffee, rudely asks me how to remake it acting as if it’s my fault ( 11years of buying coffee never dropped one) and loudly talking about how stupid I am for not being able to grab my coffee. Will not be returning solely because of this woman and it’s tragic because we love this place otherwise.
