I prefer Dippin over Dunkin. The coffee is much better.My issue is with the pricing. I 100% understand and see the sign that says premium flavors are $1.00 more. However, my coffee today, which I expected to be around $6.00 tops, was TEN DOLLARS. I don't even pay that for premium drinks at small cafes or Starbucks.The hidden charges included an undisclosed $2.00 for less ice because of the size of iced coffee I got. I think the premium flavor was also more than $1.00 again...
4 stars because sometimes my cup is full of ice with 5 sips and sometimes there is hardly any ice-Food is typically spot on! Donuts are fresh! Sandwiches are fresh! But again sometimes lots of chicken salad and sometimes not enough to call a sandwich.Service is always great as far as friendliness etc.
