How can anyone even order from dominos? We are BIG time customers and I’ve HAD it with them. I’m all for businesses thriving but they can’t even make a cheese or pepperoni pizza? I hope they close and it’s a wasted, random space. And the manager is completely condescending and rude. I don’t want “free” pizza for their mistakes, I want them to make my right. My goodness. I just can’t get over it. Although I’m the idiot for continuing to order. Lol 😂 TERRIBLE!!!! Will be calling corporate as well.

Not a complaint really, but there s a limit for cash delivery s which I understand why, BUT that shouldn’t include the delivery fee. My order came to 51.50 I think, including the 4.99 fee. I ended up ordering less to get it under 50. Makes me wonder how many others may have ordered less to get the total under50. Just a thought, readjust it to not include the delivery charge in the limit

Place looks abandoned I went there to pick up pizza the other day the bugs were so bad because all the overgrown vegetation plus one of the pizzas was made incorrectly didn’t return because I didnt want to get out in that parking lot again I called and the person had a difficult time communicating in English. It’s too bad because it’s a nice location but if the outside looks like that who knows what is happening inside the restaurant
Great store - a couple of times the food wasn't as good as it had been in past but, still good. Everyone has been super friendly. Drawback when the store was 'closing' early as they didn't get their delivery truck in - those are my only complaints ;-)

Placed an order at the Spencer MA dominos and they delivered to the wrong house. Left it sitting on the neighbors porch. When we finally found out food it was cold. The store refused to do anything about it. I heard him saying in the background when he put the driver on the phone saying “that is her problem not mine”. Very disappointed by the horrible customer service and rude demeanor

Order was delivered to neighbors house and no confirmation was given. Food was given back by neighbor but very cold. Owner would not refund money or compensate me for my meal. Only said they were busy
