I mistakenly chose to stop here every day and end up with a coffee that tastes like dish water....0 flavor and incorrect amounts of cream/sugar...same order every day but a different tasting coffee almost every single time. They need to retrain their staff accordingly....

Every time i go after mobile order with Extra shot its not even one shot. Flavored milk is NOT a latte. When you see white, and not a darker tan i know it will not taste like coffee.

I have to give 4 because when that ice coffee is fresh, it is SO GOOD. But when it's not, I feel like I got super cheated out of my hard earned money.
The employees here are always pleasant. Good place

The past few times I've been to this dunkins, all my family and I have gotten was attitude from the grey haired lady. She would bark back to my dad saying there's "no mobile order" when he would say my name and I would 100% know I would put it in for this branch.
She was even seen not even looking to check for my name. Only to be told by her coworker that there is an order for me. Kudos to that worker. Thank you.

Today I can say that the EXACT thing happened today.

I walked in to grab it. No order. Told the same lady I'm here for my mobile order to be told "there is no mobile order" without her checking anything. The other worker actually goes to search and finds my order. Kudos to that worker for looking because I would've been denied my order if she was there by herself.

Thanks to Mrs. Grey haired lady, I will NOT be placing any orders in store or on my phone to that branch anymore ?

Good iced coffee. They dropped the "donuts" from the name which is fitting as their baked goods are not really any good any more. Sandwiches are meh as well. The workers that I interact with are usually very good, so+1 on that.

Unprofessional and Disrespectful Staff BehaviorI was extremely disappointed with the service at this establishment's drive-through. While I appreciate friendly customer service, referring to customers, especially my husband, as "babe" is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. It's inappropriate and uncomfortable. The staff need to understand boundaries and address customers with the appropriate level of respect. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I won't be returning anytime soon.

Unfortunate Experience at Dunkin Donuts - Big Y Plaza, Spencer, MAReview:On January 23, 2024, my visit to Dunkin Donuts at the Big Y Plaza in Spencer, MA took an unexpected turn. While getting coffee, a company hired by Dunkin Donuts was cutting concrete, resulting in concrete dust damaging the side of my recently purchased car. Despite reaching out to the manager asking to speak with the owner, the owner refused to engage directly with me and insisted on communication through the manager.After numerous attempts, the manager finally contacted me, but the resolution offered fell short. A mere twenty-five dollar gift card was proposed for the significant six hundred dollars worth of damage to my car. Disappointed with the handling of the situation and the inadequate compensation. And this is the way someone who spends over $350 a month at there locations is treated. Very disappointed, the new owners should be ashamed of there selfs for treating any customer like this.
