Whoever is working on 1/26/2025 should be fired. The burgers came with no toppings at all. No onions, no mustard, no ketchup, the cheese was more on the wrapper than in the burger. The fries were so old and soaked in oil they were inedible. I've never gotten fast food this bad before in my life.

Waited 30 minutes for my ice cream

Sat here 20 minutes with 6 employees sitting in the back of the building smoking cigarettes. I called the store 3 times, no answer. Finally as we drove off, I hear an employee go “oh did anybody even take that order?” Are you joking? We go inside to an empty store, and the MANAGER claiming they didn’t notice us? With 6 employees by the dumpster ? This has to be a joke correct ? I’d like an actual manager to address this because this was the worst service I think I’ve ever received anywhere. What a joke. Honestly. corporate will be hearing as well.

yummy but they always forget my ranch. I ordered 3 ranches with my food and didn’t get it and it’s my favorite sauce of all time so I get depressed when they don’t give me it

I showed up here at 1135pm. Sat in the drive thru for a good 12 mins until finally pulling up to the window for TWO different people to come to the window and tell me that they were “closed because they were short staffed”. I wasn’t aware that was actually a thing? And didn’t know that it took 5 people to throw some chicken nuggets into The fryer. Living in a place where the ONLY thing open until 12pm is McDonald’s and being turned away 20 mins prior to closing is WILD to me.

Would be 5 stars but always asked to pull up to wait on food... it's done right, but not really quick. Almost perfect (if there is such a thing lol)
Spoke to a man named Jason on the phone I needed my order transferred on a mobile app to another location I had put in the wrong location on a mobile order he didn’t have to give me help as I stupidly called a location and not customer service Jason still provided me information on how to cancel and although he wasn’t sure I did in fact get that instant refund after I had taken the cancellation instructions he had given me for the mobile app shout out to you Jason going the extra mile for a simple customer like me ??

although drive-thru was open the David Prouty Spencer football team played 2hrs away had gotten back late and athletes were turned away in unable to go inside to order at counter drive through only **** NEWS FLASH GENIUS BUS DON'T FIT IN DRIVE THROUGH AND IF DID THIRTY ORDERS ONE VEHICLE ????? ******
