This is the best Play Place at a McDonald's in our area that I know of. There are 2 closer but this one is bigger and better maintained, totally worth the drive. I do wish they had bothered to number the tables in the play place like they have them numbered in the main dining area. I like to bring my child here if it's too hot, too cold, or bad weather outside. We usually meet friends there, let the kids play for a few hours while the parents get to hang out and chat.

My girls (8 & 9) love the play area here, but the service is usually terrible I'm sorry to say! There always seems to be either not enough staff on shift or even when there does seem like plenty of help, they take a ridiculously long time to complete orders. Just yesterday we ordered two items to go for my son who wasn't with us at the time. He wanted a quarter pounder with cheese only & McCrispy plain. Well plain usually means nothing on it, but they added pickles despite the label right on it that said plain. Glad I checked before leaving. Please pay more attention staff! You should get what you pay for. Simple mistake maybe, but happens far too often for us customers. It also shouldn't take 10+ mins for fast food I'm sorry. We had a number & sat down at a table awaiting our order, but it took so long I had to approach the counter to ask for it because nobody brought it out, even though I could see it sitting on a tray behind the counter. I was told they were still waiting on drinks, but that should literally take two seconds. Needless to say, they have lots of room for improvement. Speed & accuracy of orders specifically. Friendliness however is usually evident at least. Just could use some more staff & definitely a bit more effort. I will compliment the cleanliness as we almost always notice someone cleaning whenever we visit.

Placed a curbside pickup and been waiting in curbside spot for 30 minutes, my boyfriend had to go inside and say something about our order. These employees need to pay more attention or not do curbside pickup if they can't handle it!!

Birthday party for my 7 year old grandson and his entire 1st grade! Fabulous time. Great staff support. 6-7 theme!
The hours are a little bit shorter at night. The lights are off between 5-15 minutes prior on my last few drive by trips. Not sure what the difference in closing time. food is great for the quick pick up, employees are very friendly and helpful. No late night availability

I went in used the ladies room around 3:30pm extreamly clean ,greeted on the way out ,went through drive through,cashier was great,time and service exceptional,fresh hot ,the young man at window handing order was polite,prof,and everything was right.I could see the mng. Sean on name tag ,playing a very important roll on speed ,accuracy and maintaining a professional buisness.Overall the best team and experience.Thank You 💯

Apparently, even with the orderly clearly defined via the app, filling an order for two cheeseburgers, meat and cheese only, is far too difficult. Both burgers were wrong and they were each wrong in different ways. So the argument can't even be made that we got someone else's order.

The service is terrible. You place your order and put in the items you are allergic to, and when you get home to eat, all the ingredients you requested not to include are included in your meal. You return to the place so they can give you what I requested, and they still offer you terrible service. And the potatoes look like they have been fried for hours and placed in hot oil just to stay warm, but they are soggy.
