Almost every time I come through I get the same thing. A sausage burrito MEAL, small hi-c and 2 for $3 hash browns. Every single time I am shorted a hash brown. The meal comes with one, and the 2 for $3 would make 3. I am always given two. Why? I used to go in but really it’s the repetitive nature that has me thrown off.

I had a great time with my family here. The burgers ? were fresh, the fries ? were hot, and the nuggets were delicious ?. The kids loved the food, and the fact they have an open Mc play place made it the perfect place to take the family for a meal, and a chance to play have fun and make friends ?Kid-friendliness: This location has an open play place that has seating and tables for eating.

Had to fight to get a refund on a wrong meal and when I got it they shorted me 3 dollars will never go to that one again. Cant handle a double deive

If you order a McFlurry they fill it up halfway and I do mean halfway. Lots of people were complaining. I tried talking to the manager on duty who was rude and said that that's how it's made. I know for a fact it is not as I am 51 years old and a Veteran and Military Brat so I have traveled including overseas. This is the only McDonald's that tried making it this way and really really not worth it at this point. The worse part was the manager's attitude. This used to be one of the better if not the best McDonald's I had ever been to till this day. Now, I will never go back.

I go out of my way to not bash a local business. I'm writing this hoping I can get through to management and maybe help. See, this is my local McD's and I'm an Old Dad of a 2 year old. My wife and I NEED coffee and McMuffin on Saturday before we are off and racing to swim class etc. As a busy person I sometimes tradeoff quality of food for time saved. As an operations professional, the combination of not having my food, being late for swim class, and seeing such a sloppy operation has me on TILT.This business is locally managed and, as far as I can tell, taking advantage of being the only fast cheap food option for miles besides Dunkin; happily collecting $ and failing to meet standards seen by me at over 40 years going to McD's.The working folks are nice, however this McDonald's is among the lower performing in terms of on time orders in drive thru. When ordering a standard meal (eg mc muffin) at a ordinary time with or without a drive thru line there is a about 25-50% chance they will ask me to pull ahead and wait for 2-3t times longer than it took me to pull up, receive my drink and pay. This indicates to me that the planning and execution of the operation is consistently poorly managed.Ordering ahead helps if they don't pull your order for another customer that is ahead of you due to being behind.That's right.. I came in to get my order at the counter due to the drive thru being unreliable and found that it was shown as served.. the receipt was printed and when I came in saw the manager pull a sandwich from my bag and hand it to the drive thru attendany while barking at his team.I've seen it happen to others when waiting for my online order ( that I have to come in to get bc I can't count on the drive thru.)If the management is still reading I have almost 40,000 points on the app at your store. Please do better.

This McDonalds use to be pretty decent, as you can see by the past reviews. Over the last few years, it has continually just gotten worse. Almost every time you go there, they are going to ask you to pull up and wait in a spot and they will bring your food out. It doesn't matter if nobody is in the resteraunt or no other cars are in line. Then they come out and the food order is wrong. The staff do not care, today I pulled up in the drive through and the lady asked me to wait a minute. Then a car pulled up to the drive through next to me and they immediately took the other car. This happened 4 more times. Finally, I just left. I live out here and besides dairy queen this place is the only show in town.
