No, the prices are not good compared to other places. The 2 other pizza houses in town are much cheaper. If you want to pay double for your food, then I welcome you to call Spencer Pizza House. The owners responses are always redundant and uncaring. Honestly if it wasn't for the loyal regulars who don't mind being taken advantage of, the place would sink. Why did I have to pay double for a sub? The other two places are above you in taste.

I had ordered from this restaurant on accident due to google linking their website to a different spencer’s pizza in a different part of MA. When I had called and explained the ordeal, they were extremely disrespectful and refused to give me any help. The man on the phone had explained he couldn’t do anything since the food was already made. When I explained to him there was no way I was able to pick up the food and it was a mistake on googles end, he told me he would not be contacting slice as “they are smarter than he is.” I understand making the food and not wanting to provide a full refund, but to sit there and be extremely disrespectful throughout the call is not okay. He asked me, the customer, what he’s supposed to do with the food now. When I told him to give it to the next customer who ordered a cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza, he said he wouldn’t get another order until four pm. I understand why now, the negative anti-customer business practice is the reason!

Paid 17.00 for a fish and chips for just a small piece of fish that didn't filled me up. And 21.00 for a pizza that was burned on top.

I accidentally placed an order here online. They gave me a time frame between 7:53 and 8:03. I called to tell them about the mistake at 7:41 (about three minutes after placing the order). They said the order had already been completed and they would not refund my money. I then tried the Slice app. They called the restaurant who told them the same thing so they refused a refund as well.

Ordered a pizza and a salad for pick up. Order was right on time, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food of course was delicious. Pizza had a bunch of toppings and the chicken on the salad was warm and seasoned well. Will absolutely be on the top of my list for pizza and other bites. Definitely recommend!
