Ordered a large 1/2 hamburg, 1/2 Hawaiian pizza yesterday. 2 years ago this pizza was FANTASTIC, oh boy not now. The crust, I shit u not was rock hard, hamburg was shaved. And they didn't even know what to charge me.?????, your a pizza house. Added to our list of NOT returning.

Ordered a taco pizza all 4 people said it was nothing great! Didn't taste like a taco anything I've had there ceaser salad wraps those are aging Pizza wise I'm not impressed!

No, the prices are not good compared to other places. The 2 other pizza houses in town are much cheaper. If you want to pay double for your food, then I welcome you to call Spencer Pizza House. The owners responses are always redundant and uncaring. Honestly if it wasn't for the loyal regulars who don't mind being taken advantage of, the place would sink. Why did I have to pay double for a sub? The other two places are above you in taste.

1 large ham grinder, cold. Nothing fancy. Delivered up the street and the total was $28 and some change. I get it, covid hurt people. But robbing people is not the solution.

I had ordered from this restaurant on accident due to google linking their website to a different spencer’s pizza in a different part of MA. When I had called and explained the ordeal, they were extremely disrespectful and refused to give me any help. The man on the phone had explained he couldn’t do anything since the food was already made. When I explained to him there was no way I was able to pick up the food and it was a mistake on googles end, he told me he would not be contacting slice as “they are smarter than he is.” I understand making the food and not wanting to provide a full refund, but to sit there and be extremely disrespectful throughout the call is not okay. He asked me, the customer, what he’s supposed to do with the food now. When I told him to give it to the next customer who ordered a cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza, he said he wouldn’t get another order until four pm. I understand why now, the negative anti-customer business practice is the reason!
