My husband and I went to the 350 Grill to celebrate his birthday. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint! Our server, Michael, was outstanding. He was attentive, courteous, professional, funny, and kind. The food was incredible, quite possibly, the best steak I have ever had. We had a great date night, thank you!

Service was good, food was okay. Meatballs were cold and risotto was not creamy enough. Have to get rid of the spangly table clothes, uncomfortable on arms and snagged clothes.
Took forever to get our food (1.5 hours) - when it came out the steak was raw...had to send it back. Not the wait staffs fault - they didn't have enough people in the kitchen and not enough people serving. The food is actually really good - but I was there with my family who was eager to eat and get on to the next adventure.

What an amazing hidden gem! Everything about our experience was fantastic! This will be our new go to restaurant when we come to Springfield to visit our daughter in college.

We liked the brick and contemporary decor of this place. Everyone loved the jumbo shrimp cocktail appetizer. The shrimp were firm and meaty. Our table split on the entrees. The grilled salmon was excellent however the grilled swordfish fell short of expectations. It was very tough. The restaurant made amends and substituted scallops for the swordfish which were excellent. The carrot cake was absolutely delicious. One of the best we've had. Our server Kayla provided friendly and efficient service throughout our meal. We would dine here again if in the area

I ordered the prime rib. They cooked it like a sirloin. Food was terrible, and the service was absolutely awful. We had a party of five, and I assure you everybody felt it was one of the worst dining experiences they have ever had. An absolute disgrace!

We enjoyed a delicious meal, the service was good but it took a while to get attention the waiter Michael was nice but it felt like he wasn't attentive to our needs. He did apologized so it made it better. We will go back, I loved the musician! Good song choices!
Food was ok. Service was ok. Waitress didn't come around to see if anything was needed between drinks and dinner. Price was adequate. Atmosphere was a little too loud for me. I enjoyed the entertainment but felt it could have been turned down a bit.

The ambience was wonderful, setting a good mood for a great meal and servers were outstanding!
Food was great, but the service was not so great. Had a reservation for a booth for a special occasion and it was then not available. The server brandy had barely checked in on me and my fiancé if we needed anything . We had try to get her attention a couple times. She would walk by us and gave better service to others near us. We gave a very low tip due to the service and the next day I see in my account they charged an extra $15 without permission and was the wrong amount I received on the check. Very disappointing .
In a party of four we were all very happy and pleasantly surprised with our dinner entrées. Steaks and pork chops were cooked perfectly and sauces and sides were hot and very tasty. Luckily, when we first arrived, we sat at the bar and ordered a cocktail that we brought to the table. When one of us ordered a second drink, it did not appear for almost a half an hour and then it was wrong. Our server, although pleasant, seemed overwhelmed and did not stop by our table at all. We had to call her down. After our meal, she removed our dishes and brought our bill. We were never asked if we wanted dessert. The restaurant was very crowded and perhaps they were understaffed. The singer was very good and enjoyable.
