Despite confirmed reservation, parking lot was empty and building was padlocked, even though televisions were on in the outdoor patio. Nobody around, so we had to go somewhere else.

Overall, the experience was average due to a lot of factors. First, the location is horrible. It's on the wrong side of town and everything looks closed. It was Saturday afternoon/evening. The place was relatively empty except for the bar. Our waitress was very good. The menu is not what's on their website. It is very limited. Until they change locations, which is supposed to occur in the fall, their rating is too high!

The menu has been drastically reduced since our last visit in February. Our server (Amber) was great and she tried to help us out with issues. We ordered chicken Marsala, scallops and risotto, beef Marsala, and blackened salmon. The sizes have been reduced ridiculously and if we had known that we wouldn't have eaten here. The scallops were much smaller and only 5 were given for $42 a ripoff because it came with risotto and no vegetables. The blackened salmon was one third of our last visit and the Marsala dished had 6 mushrooms on one and 5 on the other. I kid you not we counted because we were getting angrier as our night went by. They used to give a basket of warm bread with butter and oil on the side and this time we received melted butter in a tiny amount of oil that looked gelatinous. We had fruit flies circling our table and the sequined table cloth kept getting stuck to my blouse, what a tacky idea to put in a restaurant. Just an absolute nightmare and we were told they were moving elsewhere so their menu was cut down. We won't be back. They were over serving a man at the bar who was very loud and obnoxious to every female who walked by as he gaped. I have always celebrate anniversaries and some birthdays here but we're done.

Unexpectedly closed and did not bother to notify guests who had a reservation. Found out through a handwritten note on the door when arrived with a business guest and then had to scramble for an alternative location. No there to explain, no apology, no follow up afterwards. Very unprofessional.

Jumbo shrimp cocktail were excellent. Raw oysters were served with a generous portion of cocktail sauce and horseradish on the side. I got the surf and turf and it was not only delicious and perfectly cooked, the presentation was impressive. My husband swears by this place as having the best steaks around. He had a giant rib eye that was tender, flavorful, and also cooked perfectly medium rare as ordered. Service was great. Nice atmosphere. Overall, a great dining experience.

We had a wonderful birthday dinner for my husband. It was our second time there. We brought friends with us and the restaurant did not disappoint. Both the men had the pork chop which they said was tender and delicious. My friend and I had chicken dishes that were fantastic. We intend to dine here the next time we're in Springfield.

Lovely time. Cocktails were very nice (Peach Arnold Palmer and Flirtini among the faves), surf and turf is highly recommended. Montepulciano on wine list is quite nice w steaks. Waitress was a doll - made for an easy time. We will go back.

My husband and I went to the 350 Grill to celebrate his birthday. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint! Our server, Michael, was outstanding. He was attentive, courteous, professional, funny, and kind. The food was incredible, quite possibly, the best steak I have ever had. We had a great date night, thank you!

Service was good, food was okay. Meatballs were cold and risotto was not creamy enough. Have to get rid of the spangly table clothes, uncomfortable on arms and snagged clothes.

Took forever to get our food (1.5 hours) - when it came out the steak was raw...had to send it back. Not the wait staffs fault - they didn't have enough people in the kitchen and not enough people serving. The food is actually really good - but I was there with my family who was eager to eat and get on to the next adventure.

What an amazing hidden gem! Everything about our experience was fantastic! This will be our new go to restaurant when we come to Springfield to visit our daughter in college.

We liked the brick and contemporary decor of this place. Everyone loved the jumbo shrimp cocktail appetizer. The shrimp were firm and meaty. Our table split on the entrees. The grilled salmon was excellent however the grilled swordfish fell short of expectations. It was very tough. The restaurant made amends and substituted scallops for the swordfish which were excellent. The carrot cake was absolutely delicious. One of the best we've had. Our server Kayla provided friendly and efficient service throughout our meal. We would dine here again if in the area
