Based on the reviews, AFC GRILL (Afghan Halal Kitchen) Delivery Available is a hidden gem in the south end, not easy to spot. The food is all good, with specific meals like Chapli lamb sheekh kabob over rice, biryani chicken, chicken quesadilla, fried chicken and fries, and lemon rice. The Afghani Pulao is excellent, and the fried chicken is fresh, juicy, and has no stale oil smell. Everything is halal. The staff is friendly and polite, and the service is great. The food comes out relatively quick. The hospitality is warm and genuine. The restaurant has three or four tables inside and stools by the window, with parking in the back. The prices and portions are good, and the food is delicious, fresh, and packed with flavor. It is the best and cleanest place in Downtown Springfield MA, and the food tastes like home. Highly recommended.
