We waited over 30 minutes for water and drinks that were absolutely disgusting. How can water be gross??? We then waited over 50 minutes for appetizers that were burnt and too salty. Their excuse was that there was a change in shift but that was incorrect because it was the sane ladies. Very poor customer service and did not care about how unhappy we were. Never again, extremely disappointed!!!

What an awful experience I went there with my mom my aunt and her friends the food took almost an hour which was not even good the waiters took a long time and switched during our order and the second waiter came out with an attitude swear words were written on the walls as decoration!?!? Sushi was awful

Since my friends reviews were met with hostility and excuses, I decided to write my own review in answer to your incorrect response. First of all when you say we left after only 47 minutes, was that 47 minutes from the first server seating us, or the when she returned and took our order, or second server that had no idea what the first server did and had to reask us, oh yeah and we still hadn't got even a drink. Second, for you to tell us next time to find a fast food place, ok a mcrib would be better than the burnt nachos and greasy salty bacalaitos that you served. As for reviews ruining your restaurants reputation, I think you need to be more worried about the smashed door and PUNETAAAA, and other nasty terms you have on your walls for children to see. Your customer service needs work, when someone leaves a review it's not "incorrect" its how your customer feels and maybe you should be more concerned with that.

Only gave this 1 star because i have to.Waited over 30 mins for bad tasting water and 4 horrible drinks. Over 50 minutes for appetizers which were full of grease and way too salty. Service was terrible.This comes from someone in the restaurant industry so I do have patience and understanding. I can understand being understaffed and thus service is slow. However you still need to make sure your customers don't feel abandoned. And you definitely need to make sure your food is on point.***I was actually very excited to try your restaurant and we were looking forward to it. We did not complain about waiting to be seated because we didn't wait. We were definitely not negative walking in. We were excited. We got there at 6 and left after 7 after just receiving our appetizers. The nacho chips were burnt and we sent them back. The bacalaitos were salty. It is what it is. You can not agree but you didn't eat it.Your response shows exactly the treatment and quality of food we received. I hope you can listen and hear the customer reviews and make changes so you have a successful business.

Me and my daughter left here very disappointed. I ordered a strawberry margarita and it came to the table not even mixed. All the syrup was sitting on the bottom. When it came to ordering it was very confusing. We wanted to share some sushi but my daughter wanted to try the guacamole. Apparently you can’t order from both the Mexican and Asian menu. This confused me. It was also a long wait for our food. I think it took about 45 minutes which is a lot for sushi. The food was ok but we left hungry for the amount of money I spent. Also the service wasn’t very friendly and the added 18% is crazy to me but I blame myself for not reading the fine print. Lastly the 2 separate bills is also a little odd to me. It was a different experience but will not be back.
