I’ve worked in fast food a long time and never seen a manager try and lock doors just because they’re busy. Thats unprofessional and give the company a bad name, especially when customers overhear them talking about locking the doors

Wanted to start by saying this had never happened to me at this location till June 8. The young man getting the orders and putting it all together claimed he was by himself but there was 3 other people there. He was rude as soon as he opened the window to get the payment, he was disrespectful all throughout service. Even when we where willing to give him all the time he needed, as we expressed it to him when we said take your time. Then when we got are order it was missing a few things so we asked the girl to help us at the door and she refused to help and said go around again. Then another gentleman comes from the back and tries to help us and the first guy goes to him and takes it away from him. He comes to the window and gives us more attitude.
