My friends and I did a wings gauntlet today, Wings Madness vs Wings Over Springfield vs It's Just Wings. Wings Madness EASILY wins.
Every flavor I tried was perfection compared to the competition. The Caliente and the Asian Jerk were incredible.
If you haven't eaten here yet, you're doing yourself a disservice.
Great food, great atmosphere & it was a pleasure to meet one of the owners & how he made sure we enjoyed eveything.

Based on the reviews, Red Mango kitchen offers a great vibe with a Dj and live performances. The service is exceptional, from the security to the bar tender. The chicken wings are cooked to perfection, crunchy on the outside and tender in the middle. The beef patties cocktail style are good, and the steak and cheese is so good, especially when adding mac and cheese. The shish kaba has a smoky flavor, and the star of that dish is the pineapple sauce. The boneless wings are flavorful and fresh, with some of the best homemade fries. There is a dessert called mouse cake, and the vanilla ice cream saved the day. However, one order was placed and confirmed for pickup at 11:26pm, but the restaurant was closed with all the lights off. The customer was refunded one week later.
