“Last time was great with a different staff. On Oct 17 between 240-320 pm staff there she served good coffee but the cup was kinda empty. Barely interaction with the customer. She was there by herself I imagine had no support and had to do everything but put more into the cup.“
“I have to tell everyone what a great spot this is. I am a service snob who pays attention to little details. I’ve worked many years in hospitality at fancy hotels and know service! I go in late usually, always tip with a 1.00 scratch ticket and end up talking with Tim. I only have been here 4-5 times but I need to go more. This time was the same as usual, great service. I walk in and Tim and the young lady immediately approach me with smile. Pretty much welcoming me. Tim talks to me and the young lady makes my 2 iced lattes. I do not know her name, but it’s an art what she does. I love the cup, the cup design, the ice ratio, the layering, the taste, how she placed the stirrer in, etc. It was all perfect. It’s such an art form and to some ppl, it doesn’t go unnoticed! I told 2-3 of my friends again about my experiences and they need to go and I keep reminding them! This place is truly a hidden gem!“
