The amount of negative reviews is ridiculous. The food at Costa is great especially their chicken parm and bolognese. The service is sometimes understaffed and can be slower, but they're always friendly. I go to a restaurant mostly for the food quality and taste. This menu changes pretty often besides a few staples and I've never had a bad meal here. Definitely give them a chance. They always take really good care of me here will miss seeing Anthony working around here after hearing he got transferred he always went the extra mile to make sure that I got what I wanted
