The tacos are amazing! Cilantro and onions with a spicy green sauce, just how they should be be. The margaritas are also top shelf, even the house margarita is worth is dollars. Try the Mezcalrita, if you like it a little smoky. However; they are pricey, $66.00 for two margaritas, three tacos, and a small soup. Pricey! Steep! Be warned, the drinks and food are amazing and genuine but you will pay for it.

i’ve been looking forward to trying Del Rey’s to for a while now. But unfortunately, did not have a good experience. Three nights in a row, i attempted to order. By night 4, i made sure to order earlier…order expecting to be ready at 9:05, closing at 10. i specified several times that there is an allergy. we arrived at 9:00 and were told 20 mins. fine, they were busy. at 9:50, our food was brought out, along with other guests and we were rather roughly handed our bag and rushed out the door. when we got home, our food (both dishes) was SMOTHERED in raw onions…the food i am allergic to. i tried calling, but as they close at 10p, no one answered. i called the next day and was told manger arrives at 4. called at 4, told to call back at 7…called back at 7:30… more games. the girl on the phone did not mute it so i heard her ask if they wanted to take the call…then she tells me no manager til 9p. i’m FUMING. nearly $50 of food that went straight in the trash and they do not care to fix it. AVOID THIS PLACE.

I’d say the food was good but didn’t my order. We Got there, sat for 50 minutes after ordering only to see my food put in front of other people. Unorganized chaos is the best term I could use to describe Del Ray. Service was so bad that other patrons were getting up and walking to the waitstaff behind the bar to remind them they still existed. I saw so many missed drinks, missed food, and no other patron looked like they wanted to be there. The fact I heard don’t go to Del Rey’s next door and still went in didn’t warn me enough. I should have listened to the crowd.
I get it’s a Saturday night in springfield …but 50 minutes to pay for watered down margaritas seems like a rip off. Please, don’t waste your time or money. A 711 hot dog is good choice on Parker when this place lets you down … that hot dog that was five star hot dog.

The food was great but the service was lacking. We were the only customers that were there. We were seated right away and our drink order was taken before we even had a chance to look at the menu. We were asked 3 times within 5 minutes if we'd like to order. We decided on 2 orders of tacos and nachos for an appetizer. The wait time for our food was kinda long for being the only customers and our nachos were forgotten. My tacos were great, my daughter wasn't a fan of the corn shells so she planned on eating the filling on the nachos so I ended up having to reorder them.

House Margarita could be better. Tacos are pretty small. Carnitas taco was alright. Al Pastor Tacos were much better. Back side of Booth chairs were at a forward angle, making the seat uncomfortable. Staff were friendly.

The queso dip is very good! The birria tacos are delicious, the rice is delicious, the spicey mango margarita is so good! Highly recommend the birria. Great place! A little pricey but huge portions

I ordered food from there. Quesabirrias, but mentioned no rice and no beans.
Will the price change? No, so i requested a side of pico de gallo and chips.
When my husband picked up the order, and got home. Only de birrias with some house chips.
Not their regular chips, and no pico de gallo. I called to let them know. Not asking for money back or anything. Just wanted my chips and pico; she said no. That the order comes with rice and beans, and they are not allowed to change that. Any additional, has an extra charge.
1. When my husband picked up the order, they didnt mentioned nothing, to go above and beyond with their service.
2. When I called; not very professional with who i spoke to.

As a business owner; i do understand the extra charge for any additional items not listed on the regular entree, but, as a business owner, I also try to please the customer when Im actually not loosing anything, when i “gain” back the cost of rice and beans.
