“Ever since I met this couple who are in the restaurant business (over 20 years ago,) I've always been a fan of their food. It's a true family restaurant with the most delicious and fresh food you'll ever taste. Their hospitality is unique and it's what help set them apart from everyone else. If you're from the local Springfield area, you certainly remember the original Olympic Restaurant with Moises & Dania, right? They were the owners to that fabulous restaurant, when it was in it's prime. Now they've returned with El Fogón de Yuyu and it's even better than I remember. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
