If you're from the local Springfield area, you certainly remember the original Olympic Restaurant with Moises & Dania, right? They were the owners to that fabulous restaurant, when it was in it's prime. Now they've returned with El Fogón de Yuyu and it's even better than I remember. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
