I like Dunkin and only have 1 issue with every dunkin in my area. I have bought their new butter crunch frozen coffee from almost every dunkin in my surrounding area and not a single one makes the frozen coffee the way its advertised. They are supposed to put caramel swirl on the inside of the cup and out of 10 different visits it has all been the same. Dunkin needs to focus on training better for better quality control. I know this wouldn't be an issue at Starbucks, their...
