There's only one woman who knows what she's doing. Other ones don't have reading comprehension, and will make your order wrong every time. Which is annoying when I'm paying $20 hoping to eat what I ordered. If you like getting the wrong items, then this dunkin is perfect for you.

The worker taking orders in store, my receipt says her name is Ieshia, was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. Upon entering the store, the employee was speaking on her phone whilst the man in front of my partner and I was waiting for his order to be taken. After about 3 minutes, while still on the phone, she proceeds to take his order. After taking his order, she waits about a minute or two at the register before she screams out “NEXT”, when we are the only other people in the store. It is also a very small location so for her to yell was absolutely unnecessary. I walk up to the register, she is still on her phone having a conversation, and I begin my order with a Medium Iced Coffee With Oatmilk and Caramel. I had to repeat myself twice before she huffs and tells whoever she’s on the phone with “Perate” and finally puts the phone down. She finally gets my coffee order in after the 3rd time I repeat it. I proceeded to order two sausage egg and cheese wraps, two bacon egg and cheese PANCAKE wraps (which she needed me to repeat 3 times again.), and 2 hash browns. The total came out to $16.73 & I proceeded to pay $10 cash and the rest on my card (she even had trouble processing that). My overall issue is the unprofessionalism and rudeness the worker carried. Honestly, the majority of if not all the Dunkin’s in the area have terrible professionalism and customer service.

NEVER HAVE I EVER in all 10+ years of visiting DD have I been told they cannot remake my drink because I didn’t purchase it there. The manager Iesha stated she would be wasting her inventory if she remade my purchased drink because it’s from a different location. I am beyond baffled. The whole purpose of buying coffee from Dunkin is when THEIR INCOMPETENT staff messes up your order you can go to ANY OTHER Dunkin for a remake. Another reason why Starbucks is taking over. Horrible customer service.

I was very disappointed at this Dunkin they burn my croissant sandwich and I asked for a hot coffee and they gave me iced coffee instead and they said they couldn't remake it because they were to busy ?

I HATE D&D!! EVERYTHING tastes the exact SAME!!! Prices for food and merchandise are too high when those "yeti haters" actually still NOT keep your iced coffee cold! They gotcha again!!!! Seriously...don't go dude, just don't.

Whoever that manager that’s black is idk why she kicking me out the store when she don’t know that I need something to start my day. Bad service by the black manager with the gold grills on her bottom teeth. Honestly don’t go there only go for meetups. Severely disappointed. Can’t even get food orders out and quickly. Even me as a kid can get orders out faster and efficiently faster than the store owner. As an owner bad customer service talks to us like we’re dogs never coming here again. Also has favorites.

By far the worst Dunkin we've ever been to. The workers were all screaming and swearing at each other. They messed up our order and swore at my husband for saying that our order was incorrect. They charged us the wrong amount. Our sandwiches were cold and barely toasted. My husband was given a hot coffee instead of iced coffee. I asked for half calf and received a fully caffeinated coffee. I called Dunkin Corporate 4 times in 4 weeks and barely received an apology, no gift card or merch to make it right, not even a refund from the bad food and being treated like garbage. I requested a refund from the store owner as it is a franchise location and never heard back, neither a phone call or via email. Truly sad and horrifying for a Dunkin right next to the largest hospital in Western MA, where many first line responders go to get coffee before a long hospital shift. Do better.

Idk how you mess up a coffee with just regular cream but they did it! Place was disgusting too inside and out!!! I ended up picking up a bunch of big glass chunks all over the parking

Awful service. Unprofessional staff. Staff lying in the lobby on the tables. Talking loud. Other staff placing drive through customers on hold so she can chill in the lobby. Horrible management smh. Children going behind the counter. Very unsafe. Family members coming in and receiving free donuts.
